The room was large and nice. The staff were very friendly. However, the room wasn't cleaned (no vacuuming) and the beds were never made, which is quite reasonable to expect in a 4-star hotel. When we arrived, though, the room was clean enough. The reception is only staffed for a few hours a day. Using the pool is quite expensive. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car to get to the center of Brno. The hotel is located in a residential area outside the city.

Nice hotel, room as in the photo. The hotel also offers wellness, for an additional fee. Too bad there is no restaurant. For lunch and dinner, you have to use the restaurants in the area. The staff is nice and helpful. I can recommend it.

Our stay in Brno was very pleasant, despite a minor problem that occurred during our stay. However, I would like to highlight the professional and expert approach of the staff, who resolved the situation immediately, with maximum willingness and a smile. Such an approach is rarely seen today - it was one of the best we have experienced. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and always ready to help. The rooms were beautiful, large, spacious and perfectly clean, which ensured a high level of comfort throughout our stay. We definitely recommend the hotel and we will be happy to return here in the future. 😊
