July can be warm even in the very northern parts of Finland; our room in the top floor sure was! There was a floor standing fan in the room but it did not make much of a difference and the same applied to opening the windows (also quite a bit of hum from the ventilation on the roof of the building opposite ours). Breakfast was included in the price and it was pretty much basic, no fancy stuff like espresso or hot milk available. Nice folks at the reception and the restaurant.
