Hello, I wanted to share my opinion about the Soho establishment and its staff. I'm well aware that everyone is free to express their feelings. For my part, I want to share my experience as a regular customer, so my opinion will be objective... or rather, without any frustration. The welcome has always been very satisfactory. The service is always satisfactory, with the bartenders' originality being what I appreciate. Tolerance, in my opinion, means accepting everyone's personalities. As for the clientele, they are generally respectful. Furthermore, to address some comments about the atmosphere or hygiene of the place... It must also be said that it's pleasant to be able to enjoy a sauna to relax in the truest sense of the word. (It's not all about individual satisfaction), it's also a meeting place, and who knows, maybe even "Love with a capital L." Regarding hygiene, unlike some other establishments in the city... it certainly has its shortcomings... but I always enjoy coming here to share convivial moments where everyone is free to participate. With all sincerity, So don't hesitate to come and relax...

Extremely disappointed by the attitude of the person accompanying Mike that day. Extremely unpleasant. Throwing away towels... This really contrasts with Mike's professionalism in the afternoon. I hope Christian sees this comment because this attitude is truly unworthy of SOHO

Yesterday, I tried to go to the sauna after the humiliation I suffered last week, but I couldn't get in; I was banned. I've hired a health inspector who will come and evaluate their service. A mystery shopper will also come to assess the establishment and the employees because I'm being banned for no reason, even though I've been coming for years. It's totally unfair that no one has ever sweated in a sauna. I take showers when I come and after every visit to the hammam. If you want to make it a war, I want compensation. And the owner wants to let me be banned even though he doesn't even know me. So be it, I'll do everything I can to get this establishment closed down. The reception is so cold, and besides, it's illegal for cats to roam in a sauna. I'll be speaking to the health inspector about this.

Horrible!… No wonder there's nobody left in this place, which was so beautiful when it first opened. Lack of maintenance and investment: everything is out of order or damaged; you can't even relax there anymore. Luckily, the staff are genuinely friendly, otherwise you wouldn't even stay 10 minutes…

The jacuzzi has been out of order since November and is still not repaired. The showers are cold, the floors in the backrooms are in terrible condition, and the toilets are poorly cleaned. As a regular guest for two years, I can only observe the gradual decline in services. It's a shame.

The concept of a sauna is heat. However, we were very cold and we didn't get a hot shower. I think it would have been necessary to inform us at the entrance, and the information sheet only mentioned that the jacuzzi was out of order. I also thought we should have received some kind of compensation and, above all, that our health should be respected, as we are both currently ill. Thankfully, the reception staff were there; I would appreciate a little more honesty.

We arrived at the sauna at 9:30 PM and paid €22 at the entrance. The jacuzzi wasn't working, but oh well, we'll overlook that, no problem... We went in, ordered cocktails, and then realized the sauna was empty. No big deal, we were with friends, so we decided to have a good time anyway. Unfortunately, the bartender who was there started to stress us out. We were the only ones there, and he was running around like crazy. He was unpleasant; it was like we were bothering him... Basically, we paid €22 to come to the sauna to relax, but we left twice as stressed. What's more, I took a bathrobe, and he made a comment that it was one bathrobe per terrace. What's the connection? Then I put on my sweater, I was about to leave, so I had one last cigarette. He said, "Yeah, but it'll be possible, sweaters are forbidden." Okay, fine, there's nobody in your establishment, so relax. There was nobody at the bar. I decided to go to the cloakroom to get some cigarettes. I grabbed my drink, and then he started chasing me! 🤨🤨🤨 "Oh, the glass, it's impossible, imagine breaking it!" So I asked him to relax. I'm not going to put up with schoolboy whining. You're making me tense, man, and what's more, it's really unpleasant. And then he starts pretending to call the manager. I don't know why, but anyway, I explain to him that he's a little kid of 20 and I'm 45. He's not going to teach me anything. You can call the manager the Queen of England, I don't give a damn. And then when I tell him I'm leaving, he says he's fine. So, that's the Soho experience, not to mention the dilapidated state of the place. Anyway, I really don't recommend going there; it's a waste of time, money, and energy, and on top of that, they drain your energy as soon as you arrive. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I went to the Soho sauna tonight… on January 1st, hoping to start the year off right. What can I say? A disaster… at the entrance, they told me the jacuzzi and hammam weren't working, but that there was a great atmosphere. Since it was New Year's… I trusted them and paid for entry (the guy at the door gave me a discount). So I went in, thinking it would be fine… But no, the changing rooms were freezing. In fact, there were maybe 15 people there, all at the bar, most of them in a deplorable state…. I was even verbally assaulted by a guy. How can they pretend the atmosphere is good and be so dishonest, all for €15? What a disgrace… Even the guy at the door wasn't himself. In the end, it taught me a lesson; I'll never set foot in that sauna again. Every time I go, something's wrong... cold shower, sauna or steam room out of order. We're not cash cows! This place is a disaster, yuck!

The sauna is getting worse and worse! Absolutely avoid it on Saturday, December 13th, 2025. After a long time without going, what a disappointment. The jacuzzi isn't working. At 8 PM, there were only 4 people there! On a Saturday! 😲 In the back, everything is defective: baseboards, floor, walls… There's mold everywhere, and it's leaking in several places inside. After 30 minutes, I'd already had enough… And all this at full price. And unfortunately, the comment will be deleted on Facebook, and you'll also be blocked. Very sad! Today, June 22nd, I went to the sauna. After being closed for so long, you'd expect them to have made some investments. Unfortunately… The curtain in the changing room is attached to a trampoline tube? The room is completely dark; the ceiling has just disappeared. The showers, or what's left of them in the back, look desolate... I don't know what they're supposed to be? The DVD room has no TV, and in the back there's a wood storage area... and what? The floor is buckling, the baseboards are falling off the walls. It's sad to see a beautiful sauna going to ruin. Visited on 05/10/24 to cry... vinyl floor, dark room, and large cracks and breaks in the back. The towels (rags) are tearing, and they even stink when wet. The soap dispenser in the shower is falling apart. The water in the "new toilet bowl" keeps running (great for the water bill). There's a musty smell in the back. 12/04/25 Visited again. The situation continues to deteriorate. The shower is faulty; it's been disconnected, but the water keeps running. Apparently, the water is free? Or are they going to raise prices after the water bill arrives? Also… everything that should be fixed is either loose or missing. The walls of the darkroom have been demolished. There's junk piled up everywhere. The carpet is coming up, the baseboards are ripped off… and what about the customers? It's not what it used to be. The showers are cold (and have been for months). The jacuzzi is broken, and the place is falling apart. The staff does what they can and is helpful. But all of this means I won't be coming back as often, even though I used to be a regular.
