ONE SAUNA

A very pleasant discovery. The young man who greeted us was super friendly and gave us a thorough explanation of the facilities. I'm no sauna expert, but this one was perfectly fine! It wasn't very crowded when we went, so we were able to really enjoy it 😊

The experience at this establishment falls short of the standards one would reasonably expect from a place of relaxation or well-being. From the moment you enter, the overall impression is one of an unwelcoming atmosphere, visually, olfactorily, and in terms of organization. The spaces appear neglected and lack regular or thorough maintenance, creating a persistent sense of discomfort. The perceived cleanliness doesn't allow for a serene experience, as some common areas seem to require more attention. The pervasive odor, present throughout the visit, reinforces this feeling of unease. It doesn't seem to be a minor detail, but rather a dominant element in the space, making any attempt at relaxation difficult. The clientele observed consisted mainly of elderly people. This element, neutral in itself, nevertheless contributes to a very static, silent atmosphere, devoid of the conviviality or energy one would expect in an environment dedicated to well-being. The entire experience neither provided the relaxation I was looking for nor made me want to consider a second visit. Based on this personal experience, this establishment is in my top 3 saunas to avoid.

Small sauna, very poorly laid out, lots of bad smells, especially moldy, security is completely lacking, not very busy despite the 14 euro entrance fee. We tried it, we won't be going back, and my friend is also sorry. Not at all surprised by your response. You reject all criticism. I also have no interest in your response. One Sauna is one of my favorite stops in Montpellier, especially when I have some time between trains at the nearby station. It's a small sauna right in the city center, both friendly and intimate, perfect for a quick or extended relaxation break. Upstairs, the inviting cabins and the projection room offer a warm and intimate atmosphere, ideal for turning up the heat. The real surprise is in the basement with a hammam divided into two zones and particularly hot, where the atmosphere quickly becomes steamy and meeting people is easy. You'll see bodies mingling in a relaxed atmosphere, the perfect place to unwind before catching the TGV. Impeccable hygiene, friendly staff, and all the necessary amenities: cabins, a double hammam, a very explicit video room, and a cruising area. In short, a must-visit for those who enjoy playful and uninhibited moments with other men in an urban and accessible setting.

Avoid this place; the youngest receptionist has no respect for your privacy and tells other customers about your visits to this supposedly discreet establishment. Such gossip has no place here.

Absolutely nothing to say about this sauna, I go there quite often and I love it.

I came back for a second time last night (May 27th). It's always nice to come. The welcome is perfect. I thank the receptionist who made me feel so comfortable and asked if I was okay. It's lovely to be pampered. Thanks to the guy I had a great time with. I highly recommend it. See you soon. First time here. I came Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, and Saturday lunchtime. The sauna is clean and very nice. You can relax without any worries. The owner and staff are fantastic and very friendly. Thank you to the boss and the person who was there Thursday evening. Their smiles and good humor... I hope they recognize me. And I'll see them again soon.

The alternative gay sauna of Montpellier, with very friendly staff. A bit small (one sauna, one excellent hammam and a cruising zone). Mostly an elderly crowd and not many visitors in the evenings.

The welcome was fantastic, thank you to the person who greeted me. He was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was superb, I'm so glad I came, I had a wonderful time and I'll definitely be back.
