I had a wonderful experience at the Bouclier d'or spa& Hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome with warm hospitality. I would like to thank Connie for the massage session and spa treatments which were exceptionnal. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean. Also I enjoyed my cocktail at the bar. It was very delicious.The bar man was very welcoming and polite. I highly recommend for a relaxing gateaway. Thank you for the entire team for making my visit so special.

Cute hotel with a clean room and in a great location. Enjoyed our stay overall. We requested to have our car back from valet at 9:30 in the morning and it seems like they forgot so we were late leaving thus late coming back and couldn’t valet our car again since 5pm is the deadline. At checkout I asked if they could mail a few postcards out and charge us and they told me no. Was a bit disappointed that there was no effort to help with that as most hotels do.

Outstanding service and dedication to guests. I contacted the hotel a few days prior to my fiance and her mother staying there to get flowers put in their room upon their arrival. Not only did they deliver a beautiful bouquet, but they also delivered notes to both of them (written by myself and my fiance's dad) on stunning paper. Their communication and support through the entire process was exceptional and beyond pleasant. Thank you to all the staff who helped!

This hotel is an absolute treasure! When we entered our room, after touring the hotel, everything was so beautiful that my wife started crying with joy when I asked her how she liked the room. The hotel staff were delightful and knew everything regarding the surrounding features.

We loved it here. The team is fantastic. The bartender was especially fun to talk to and made some excellent non-alcoholic beverages. It’s a great location and they offered perfect advice for getting around including the Velhop service for riding bikes. Our room was comfortable and well-decorated and the bathroom was large. I enjoyed the spa and massage, too.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was good and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
