Love this shop had a great chat with the assistant this afternoon was really helpful and offered advice. Love the range that they had on offer and will definitely be returning customers on our next visit to Berlin.
The air smelled of rain and rubber. My wife was already standing on the doorstep of Maskulo Berlin—wild, gleaming with enthusiasm, as if Matthias Reim were about to walk in at any moment. Inside, it was a festival of leather, buckles, and shine. The owner greeted us with a smile and a slight sway of the hips. Els called it “a spiritual experience.” I focused mainly on the stitching. Perfect work, solid, exactly the kind of craftsmanship you also find at Johnny’s Vintage & Leathers on Etsy—but in 4D: smell, sound, chaos. A little later, Els was dancing in a harness between the racks; I tried to remain professional (“beautiful seams, excellent fit”). The owner nodded approvingly. We left the shop with a bag full of leather, a head full of questions, and the feeling that love sometimes smells like silicone. Recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel leather—literally.
I want to tell you, the store is incredible. They have great things, I love everything. I'm dying to buy more. And the salesperson served me very well. I highly recommend it.
