B-Chill Cologne

Brilliant hotel with friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. About a 10 minute walk to the chocolate museum and 15 minutes into central/cologne cathedral. I needed to add another person to my booking last minute and they accommodated my request without question. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. The aircon in the rooms was fantastic, kept us very cool during this heatwave of 38°c heat. Elvis is exceptional. Outstanding customer service by offering/making us coffee in the morning and supplying us with fresh towels and water when we requested. He seemed as though he was doing it all! Highly recommend this hotel, will come back again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect but the service from the gent on front was the greatest. Every interaction was lovely and the hotel truly takes care of you during a heat wave. One card to keep the ac on so you’re coming out of the heat into a lovely cool room to the free waters and hot drinks both inside and downstairs in the cafe. Thank you B-Chill location was close to everything and your staff are a true credit. We will be back!

Nothing deluxe about this deluxe room…hardest bed you’ve ever known…zero soundproofing…walls shook when guests/staff let doors slam…extremely basic…zero privacy on balcony because plant dividers had all died

The room is spacious, clean, and modern. It was great to have a kettle and a small kitchenette. There's plenty of space, but working USB plugs would be useful. The downside is the air conditioning by the bed; it's extremely loud on the cooler, and the fan blows onto the bed, which is a bit unhealthy. Opening the window makes it cooler, but it's noisy. In June, it was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the breakfast was poor. The downside is that the bread wasn't tasty, the vegetables were average, the coffee wasn't very tasty, and there was no plant-based milk. The location is great, as everything is close by.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, as it's close to the city center and many attractions are within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and we immediately felt at home. Breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and just right for us to start the day off right. What we remember most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and always helpful. We truly felt welcome and could tell that the staff genuinely cared about the guests' well-being. This pleasant atmosphere made all the difference for us. We would definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
