I enjoy being a guest at COCKS Bar. Every time I go, I meet friendly people I already know, but I also regularly see new faces. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the drink prices are perfectly reasonable. And anyone looking for a bit of adventure will almost certainly find it. Currently, it's very noticeable that the venue is evolving with new event formats and many other great improvements. Recently, the bar and cruising area became smoke-free, and there's now a separate smoking area with ventilation. I'd gladly give this change a sixth star. In the past, I sometimes avoided going because I didn't want to deal with the smell in the bar and on my clothes the next day. Dear COCKS team, please keep up the great work, and I'll definitely be back soon.

Anyone who, as a patron of this bar, talks about health hazards and risks should perhaps find a non-smoking partner! And it would be best to avoid the place altogether. Excessive alcohol consumption, an unhealthy diet, and lack of exercise pose a far greater risk. And there are quite a few patrons there who follow those same habits. A better compromise regarding the smoking area could have been found, rather than treating guests like second-class citizens and being relegated to the area in front of the toilets. And the ventilation in the front bar area has always left much to be desired.

Absolutely NOT recommended anymore! Making the entire bar a non-smoking area is, in my opinion, a bad decision. I'm just not interested anymore. After all, it's not a clean, upscale bar; it remains what it always was: a windowless dive, and a cigarette is simply part of the experience with a drink. Now everyone is "relaxing" in the narrow back restroom area and enjoying themselves... By the way, I've never even seen the manager in "his" bar! That speaks for itself.

I was there for the first time yesterday, February 28, 2026. Great bar right in the heart of Leipzig with a super sexy bartender who always has a smile on his face. It's easy to linger at the bar. Drink prices are totally reasonable, and you don't have to wait more than two minutes. The darkroom is very large and offers everyone the chance to find a suitable spot. If you can't find anything to play with here, it's your own fault :P

The club is in a prime location. Guests feel very well looked after. The staff are very friendly and always ready to listen.

Very friendly, welcoming, and friendly staff. They pay attention to order and cleanliness. Good value for money. Everyone is treated fairly and you immediately feel welcome. You simply have to experience it for yourself. Highly recommended if you want to spend a lovely evening in good company.

⚠️ URGENT WARNING: SEVERE HEALTH HAZARD! ⚠️ The place itself isn't actually that bad, and everything seemed fine at first. You're hoping for a great bar visit, but the smoke ruins everything. I really have to issue a strong warning here: If you don't smoke, you're putting yourself at serious risk to your health! 🚫🚬 The air is stagnant in every corner, with endless smoke and fumes. Particularly irresponsible: Even though there were fans, they simply weren't turned on! ❌💨 For me, the experience ended up being pure torture, and I still haven't recovered. 🤢 I had a bitter taste in my mouth, severe dizziness, and such intense lower abdominal pain that I vomited several times. 🤮 These are clear signs of acute nicotine poisoning. It's incomprehensible to me that something like this is still allowed in 2026. On top of that, we paid €18.50 for a Coke, a water, and coat check – an absolute outrage considering these conditions. 💸 SAVE YOURSELF THE EXPERIENCE! 🚩 A visit to a bar and a potentially great experience are absolutely not worth these health problems. They are grossly negligently playing with the health of their guests! 🚑🏥🚨

Highly recommended! A truly fantastic bar with a wonderful waiter – attentive, warm, and with just the right blend of professionalism and relaxed atmosphere. Tolerance and acceptance aren't just talked about here, they're lived, which makes the atmosphere especially pleasant. The premises are well-maintained, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority. It's a real shame they no longer have an open day – it was the perfect finishing touch. Nevertheless, a definite recommendation!

Amazing techno venue at kisskissbangbang. Super clean restrooms. Fast entry. Quick coat check. The dance floor on the main floor is a bit cramped. Great smoking area with good ventilation.

Great pub atmosphere and staff. It's a shame I only get there once a year. But I always enjoy coming back.
