I booked a room here at short notice for one night. The staff is incredibly helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast and the rooftop bar are highly recommended 👍

stayed in this hotel during my stay at nuremberg this trip. hotel is besides nuremberg train station and transport hub. besides train, metro and buses are also in same area. opposite hotel is the old town area with lots of tourist and food spots. surprisingly, relative quiet during entire week stay. reception and lobby is warm and friendly, helped on recommendation if local sights and interesting food. breakfast spread is standard fare, topping up is regular to ensure sufficient food for all. check in and out is efficient. smoking not allowed in room, smoke outside hotel near main entrance. #germany #nuremberg #cloudone

Bey! We did book this hotel for the "Rock I'm Park" Festival. Since it is located directly beside the Main Train Station I didn't expect much, but I was positively surprised. We did book a cosy small room and didn't need the service a lot, but the room was very clean, got fully cleaned daily and my plush-buddy was handled with respect (I guess. I didn't use a spy cam to look 😅) There isn't much to add beside that it was about 3.x kilometers away from the park and the festival, so when the trains and trams were full, my wife and I just did walk home. We did need a bit more then half an hour (on the day we didn't drink alcohol. About 45 minutes slightly tipsy.) Anyway: Nürsnbsrg is a city with amazing buildings and many stores, so even without the festival it is worth a trip! Have fun, everybody!

It was only possible to book through Booking.com for Monday to Wednesday. According to the hotel, this wasn't possible due to a minimum stay of 3 nights. Speechless. Far too expensive. Next day: The view from the bar is fantastic. The initial service was very friendly regarding our food and drink orders. However, later on, we were asked to leave when we didn't want any more drinks (we hadn't even finished them yet) because a large group needed to be accommodated. Seriously, what kind of service and hospitality is this in a hotel/restaurant? As a frequent traveler, I can only shake my head. I've truly never experienced anything like it. But apparently, the booking rate is perfectly satisfactory, which is why this happens so often. For us as a company, this is no longer an option.

An absolutely fantastic stay on a business trip with a breathtaking view! I had to travel to Nuremberg for work and chose this hotel for my stay – an absolutely excellent decision! The entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, making me feel welcome from the very first minute. The rooms were spotlessly clean, wonderfully tidy, and very well-equipped. A particular highlight was the breakfast buffet on the 13th floor. While enjoying a fantastic view of Nuremberg's city center, you're treated to a huge selection. Especially impressive: all the products offered were organic and Demeter-certified, and of absolutely top quality. A perfect start to the workday! I will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, everything was clean and the rooms were modern. The location is truly ideal, right next to the train station, yet you can't hear any noise in the rooms. The city center is just a one-minute walk away – fantastic! The service was very friendly, check-in was smooth and quick. The rooftop sky bar is definitely a highlight ;)

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Nuremberg; it's my favorite. The service and the warm welcome are consistently excellent, and I highly recommend it.
