Super Paradise Hotel

Beautiful resort, great pool area and good breakfast. However, the constant noise from the beach club below, lasting late into the night, gets tiring after a while!

Views from the hotel are breathtaking. Short walk to the beach where you can find restaurants and beach club. Receptionist was nice but the manager Angela was unnecessarily hostile and unwilling to make certain accommodations because we booked through expedia. My friend paid $811 usd for 2 nights and was treated like she was begging. They do not care about customers feedback and the employee in question proceeds to answer the reviews online, being sassy and not taking accountability for her rude attitude towards us. Seeing that lady make my friend cry on her birthday trip killed our vibe, but the hotel in general is great. You can take a shuttle to the town for $5eur pp. Breakfast was good

Stunning Property, But Disappointing Service from the Manager. I recently stayed at Super Paradise Hotel in Mykonos, and I want to start by saying the property itself is gorgeous. The rooms were very clean, and beautifully designed. It was the perfect vibe for a relaxing vacation. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and the hotel is located right on Super Paradise Beach, which is stunning. Unfortunately, my experience was soured by the behavior of the hotel manager, Angela. While the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming, Angela’s attitude was another story. She was rude, condescending, and cruel. My friends and I have done many annual trips together, and we’ve never encountered such poor customer service from a manager. We made a simple request due to an error on Expedia’s part with our reservation, and instead of helping us resolve it, Angela made us feel humiliated and refused to accommodate us in any way. It’s really disappointing because, aside from the manager’s behavior, the hotel is beautiful. I hope they address this issue and get better management for this property because Angela ruined what could have been a perfect vacation. UPDATE: Angela claims in her response to my review that we asked for a €270 room to be given to us for €70 — that is absolutely FALSE. At no point did we request a discounted rate. We were simply asking for a reasonable solution after a mistake made by the booking platform. To clarify further: we paid for two full nights at the hotel. Because of the booking error, we arrived a day early and ended up paying extra to stay that additional night. So the hotel kept the money for the original reservation regardless, and we also paid more just to be able to stay that first night. The idea that we were asking for something free or discounted is completely untrue. Throughout our multi-city trip, we visited five different cities in total and we were met with nothing but kindness and professionalism everywhere we went, except at this hotel. What we experienced here from management was neither polite nor professional. I'm not making a personal attack. I'm simply being honest and transparent about the treatment we received at this property from the manager specifically. All other staff members were kind, professional, respectful, and polite. I encourage you to take accountability for your actions. Be blessed.

Great beach, beautiful location but no shopping facilities, exorbitant prices for food and drinks

A very nice hotel, just like in the photos. The view is splendid, and the beach is just steps away. You can rent sun loungers or simply relax without one. The breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the hotel staff. I highly recommend it!

It's a nice hotel if you stay in good rooms (like 204-205-206-207), but it gets windy if the island is windy. The pool is tiny, the view is nice, but the surrounding clubs close at midnight; there was some entertainment until 2-3 am one night, I mentioned it because of the noise. Super Paradise is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is a separate business and costs money, you can go to the public beach if you want.
