Second time, as loved it first time last year. Just as excellent again. Whole team are so friendly, have a good laugh with all. Food, drinks are amazing. Compliments to the chef. All inclusive is fully inclusive. A lie in doesn't mean you go hungry as missing breakfast, toasted sandwiches are available shortly afterwards. Great stay again, all I can say is wow. Great relaxing holiday, again. Thankyou Club Zante Plaza X we will return xx

Staff are brilliant cant do enough for you ..food great fresh plenty of choice very tasty chef goes above and beyond to help you ..rooms basic but has everything you need kettle hair dryer cleaned every day mind shower as goes hot cold .only complaint is no where comfy to sit or lay sunbeds ect could do with some cushions some where .if you slightly older go to the THE PUB good music drinks fair price ..some places really charge one place i had a mocktail husband had archers 26 euros so be aware ..and if you are a cat lover very upsetting to see so many strays still as same 40 years ago ... but over all hotel close to everything so enjoy mind pool very slippery

Excellent property with extremely kind, helpful, and cheerful staff. The rooms are spacious and feature terraces overlooking the pool with a table and chairs so you can relax outside without having to go downstairs. I absolutely recommend the all-inclusive option, especially since the restaurant prices are similar to ours, but the drinks are priced like gold. The buffet food was fantastic, with plenty of variety for all types of guests, including local specialties and themed evenings. There's only one pool, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas around it, more than enough to relax in the water without having to go to the beach, which is just 100 meters from the property. On a negative note, the property's WiFi is terrible, perhaps due to the fact that so many guests were online. A bottle of sparkling wine offered by the bartender for a special couple's occasion... top.

Beautifully maintained hotel with a great selection of team members making you feel welcome

Fantastic hotel with amazing owners and staff – every single one of them fantastic people. The breakfast is excellent and the hospitality is truly top-notch. The apartment is clean and tidy, and as an extra surprise, we were even offered a dinner on the house. The location right in the middle of the shopping street makes it absolutely perfect. Definitely worth choosing this apartment! Close to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff. Room was nice maid service every day changed the beds if we asked them to every day nothing was to much trouble. Entertainment in the evening was good food was limited choice but there was always something for everyone.

We had a fantastic time! The hotel was impeccable in every way - spotlessly clean, beautiful and with a wonderful atmosphere. The food was incredible, with a huge variety in the buffet and really everything was delicious and of high quality! All the staff were kind, smiling and willing to help with anything we needed. The all inclusive was truly worthy of expectations - we didn't miss anything! We will definitely go back - I highly recommend it! P.S.: Chef Giannis is simply incredible! His dishes are delicious and every day he surprised us with something new. In addition to being excellent at his job, he is also very nice and humorous, he really made our experience even better!😄👨🏻‍🍳💪🏻

The hotel has a great kitchen and perfect service. The waiters work like a charm. The food was great, lots of meat, great salads, every day there was fruit, ice cream, etc. The cleaning also works perfectly. We stayed at the hotel for a week and were completely satisfied.
