Kouros Hotel & Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Kouros Mykonos. We felt great throughout our stay and the experience was beyond our expectations. The entire staff was extremely kind, always attentive and willing to help with anything you needed, which made everything even more enjoyable and relaxing. I have nothing but praise and respect for the team — their professionalism and care for the guests is clearly visible. We lacked absolutely nothing, everything was impeccable from start to finish. It was an extraordinary experience and we will definitely return with great pleasure.

We’ve been coming to Mykonos for some time — long before Instagram sunsets were a thing. We’ve seen the island change quite a bit, which is why places like Kouros stand out, where it’s not just about looks but about the people who make it feel special. Sofia, Konstantinos, Athena, and many others make a stay truly special. A special thank you to Konstantinos: thanks to his technical know-how, we now have the perfect summer playlist saved on our phones and can take a little piece of Mykonos home with us. Small gesture, big impact. Wonderful people, beautiful atmosphere, and a level of hospitality that feels sincere rather than scripted. We’ll definitely be back.

An absolute gem in Mykonos with exceptional service and stunning views! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a real treat. The level of attentive hospitality and genuine service we experienced throughout our trip was truly second to none. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and served as the perfect, comfortable home base to return to each night. The pool in our room and in the common area were fantastic and the views are absolutely astounding! They both offered the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. A massive, heartfelt shoutout goes to the hotel staff and more specifically to Paola and Sofia at the reception desk. They were absolute standouts! From our very first interaction, they felt less like hotel staff and more like longtime friends who were genuinely there to help us make the most of our trip. Their exceptional service, warmth, and brilliant recommendations made a world of difference. If you are looking for a place in Mykonos that combines beautiful facilities with top tier heartfelt service, look no further. We can't wait to come back!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Kouros Hotel & Suites for my hen party. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after. A special thank you to Sofia, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was always there whenever we needed anything, so kind, attentive and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The whole team was fantastic — friendly, professional and always happy to help with a smile. They made my hen party feel truly special and stress-free, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. The hotel is beautiful, the views are incredible, and the atmosphere is perfect for celebrating with friends while still feeling luxurious and relaxing. Thank you to everyone at Kouros for helping create such wonderful memories before my wedding. The hotel has a beautiful structure, spacious rooms, and a truly incredible view of Mykonos. Visually, the environment is impressive and conveys a sense of luxury. However, our experience started badly right at check-in. The young woman who attended to us was extremely cold, with an arrogant posture and a service that seemed more concerned with demonstrating superiority than with welcoming guests in a warm manner. Unfortunately, this impression ended up defining a good part of the hotel experience. During our stay, we felt a constant attempt to convey a "premium" experience, but without the genuine hospitality and care that truly differentiate a high-standard hotel. Another negative point was the pools—both the one in the room and the main hotel pool were extremely cold, practically impossible to use. It felt like they are only meant for the warmer months, like July and August. Outside of that, they end up serving more as decoration than for leisure ("ice pool"). Furthermore, despite presenting itself as a 5-star hotel, the experience delivered is much closer to that of a 4-star hotel. Important details regarding service, comfort, and hospitality are lacking to justify the rating and prices charged. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel for photos and scenery, but the experience doesn't live up to expectations.

Beautiful property and impressive views, but unfortunately the experience felt much more performative than genuinely welcoming. The staff was consistently “polite”, yet in a very forced and protocol-driven way, often with an uncomfortable sense of superiority rather than authentic hospitality. Interactions rarely felt natural or warm. Breakfast was also frustrating. Something as simple as a black coffee required asking multiple times, as if requests were constantly forgotten or ignored. Considering the level and pricing of the hotel, this basic aspect of service should feel effortless. The same happened with room service requests. I once called asking for a bucket of ice, had to call again to follow up due to the delay, and then received three separate confirmation calls afterward. It created the impression of a team more focused on protocol and internal communication than actually delivering the service efficiently. The private pool looked beautiful in photos, but the water was freezing cold to the point of being unusable. This was particularly disappointing, since it is one of the main selling points of the suite experience. Another detail that felt artificial was the constant delivery of “complimentary treats” to the room. While the intention is appreciated, the items themselves felt low quality and overly staged — more like a checklist luxury gesture than something thoughtful or refined. Overall, the hotel has aesthetics and presentation, but lacks the sincerity, comfort and intuitive service that truly define luxury hospitality. Not 5 stars at all.

Overpriced accommodation for what they offer, in supposedly 5* hotels there are experienced employees, probably with cheap staff as the season goes on.
