Stayed for 3 nights and it was fabulous! Beautiful clean rooms, an incredible relaxing spa, delicious breakfast included with your stay, and a wonderful central location. But best of all is the staff! They could not have been more accommodating and helpful in every way. Would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I were here for 4 nights, and from the moment we checked in, I knew the service was going to be next level. During our stay, everything we requested was absolutely delivered without question. The staff were so kind and accommodating, but I would like to leave a special shoutout to Kevin! One late evening, I wanted a simple pasta, and he immediately knew exactly what I wanted ! He delivered it to the “living area” where my husband and I were enjoying wine! It wasn’t even on the menu! Seriously…who offers this? Kevin does!! Ohhh, and Mateo!! He quietly is in the background offering extras such as water for your excursions or perhaps a recommendation for the days activities! Seriously, the most INCREDIBLE people work at this hotel. The other staff are also so amazing! They are kind and always quick to respond to your every need! I can not recommend this hotel enough! The location is central to walk to everything Cortina offers. Do not hesitate to book this unforgettable hotel! Grazi to the staff!!!! Looking forward to our return!

Our 4-day stay at Hotel de Len was simply impeccable, one of those experiences that elevates any trip. The hotel has a unique charm, perfectly combining alpine style with a modern and elegant design. The location is one of its greatest highlights: extremely well-positioned, it allows you to easily explore Cortina on foot, while offering a tranquil and sophisticated atmosphere. The service deserves special mention. It is, without exaggeration, 5-star hotel standard. The entire team was extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with any detail, making the stay even more comfortable and personalized. The rooms are another high point. Very well decorated, cozy, and with a simply incredible view of the mountains, waking up every day to that scenery makes all the difference in the experience. The breakfast is unconventional and a true differentiator: served à la carte, directly at the table, with options chosen from a menu. Everything is very well prepared, with excellent quality and presentation. The spa also deserves mention. Guests are entitled to one free hour of parking, and the experience is excellent – ​​a modern, relaxing environment, perfect for recharging after a day exploring the region. The hotel also has on-site parking, which is extremely convenient in Cortina. However, it's worth noting that the €55 per day fee for guests is quite high and could be more affordable, considering the hotel's standard. The hotel restaurant is very good and quite popular, which reinforces the quality of the gastronomic experience. For non-guests, reservations are essential. For guests, there is always priority and availability. Overall, the Hotel de Len delivers a complete experience: comfort, sophistication, excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a privileged location. One of those places that makes you want to return, and that certainly elevates your trip to Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel location is good as it was central. The room was spacious and well laid out with a twin wash basin in the toilet. The complimentary drinks in the minibar is great and a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and a good selection that included fresh honeycomb.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were so friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive - being able to message them on WhatsApp made everything feel super easy and seamless. When one of the lights in our room stopped working, the team sorted it out immediately, which really sums up how on-it they were throughout our stay. The on-demand shuttle to the gondolas was also a huge plus. The spa is beautiful, and we especially loved the view from the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great local options each morning.

Paid a lot of money for this 1- parking is far away ❌ 2- valet is expensive ❌ 3- no water kettle in the room ❌ 4- room temperature is very hot at night ❌❌❌😡😡😡😡room heater is always on in winter , you open the window too nosy . 5- hotel staff dose not read ur emails or request 6- super location
