Park Hyatt Milan

For my birthday, my wife surprised me with a trip to Milan, and we stayed for two days at the cinematic Park Hyatt hotel. I have to say, first of all, it exceeded all my expectations — and I already had very high expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfectly planned down to the smallest detail. I honestly have to say this was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I have already stayed at places like the PH Paris-Vendôme. Our premium room was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well designed. I simply loved the design. It was so stylish and luxurious — wow. My wife also enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful bathtub. The marble throughout the room made everything feel absolutely heavenly. There was also a thoughtful surprise waiting for us — champagne and fresh fruits in the room. We truly could not have been more thankful for such a wonderful gesture. The breakfast was, without question, the best breakfast I have ever had in my life, and I have already visited quite a few luxury hotels. We were genuinely amazed. At breakfast, you can have absolutely anything you could wish for — there is truly nothing they do not offer. I was honestly stunned. Wow. Every single employee was incredibly professional and friendly. We could hardly believe it — everyone always had a smile on their face. Of course, Park Hyatt is definitely not one of the cheapest hotels, but the location is simply unbelievable and impossible to beat. It is right next to the Duomo, only about a 20-second walk away. This hotel truly plays in a league of its own.

One of the top hotel experiences I’ve had. Frequent business traveler with exposure to 5 star hotels globally. Park Hyatt exceeds expectations on all levels. The location is excellent, central, connected to the galeria, and close to everything. What really makes this hotel stand out is the service, it is world class. Every part of the team offers great service. Rooms are excellent and bathroom is very spacious and has luxury amenities.

Exceptional stay in the heart of Milan! I had an incredible stay at Park Hyatt Milano. The location is unbeatable, literally steps away from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo. We stayed in a Premiere King room, which was spacious, elegantly designed, and felt like a peaceful sanctuary amidst the city’s energy. The high ceilings and the luxurious marble bathroom with the deep soaking tub were definitely highlights. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out—truly living up to the Park Hyatt standard. Highly recommend for anyone looking for refined luxury and convenience in Milan.

Very poor service, everything dirty and untidy, dirty bed linen, lots of spiders, lots of cobwebs.

Excellent hotel, location, staff! Lovely breakfast! Nothing to complain about.

This is my second visit to this hotel the location is the golden spot right next to the shopping area and doumo however the lighting color and lighting setup in the junior suite is not really ideal. The bathroom does not offer the dimmer option during the night and the lights tend to be really bright. The wall scones lighting color is pretty white which is not warm in the bathroom area. Overall the service is really good and the breakfast is really good here as well.
