Twentyone Hotel

Service is amazing but rooms are not great. Beds are very uncomfortable and not clean at all.

First of all, I have to say that we really enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel during our vacation in Rome. The room was spacious and had a big window, which I especially liked, as well as a large bathroom with a bidet, which was a great bonus. The room was always clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful at all times. special thanks to Tatiana for her kindness and support. I also enjoyed the breakfast, although I would not say it was quite as exceptional as described in some other reviews. The hotel is located in Prati, which is a very nice neighborhood, and it is only a 15–20 minute walk from many of Rome’s main tourist attractions. The only major attraction that felt quite far away was the Colosseum. The only downside, which I didn’t really understand, was that there was no proper duvet on the bed.that caused me to freeze the first night after we discovered that they actually only had throw blankets in the wardrobe. Other than that everything was great and I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Hotel Twenty One is easily one of the best hotels in Rome, and while the property itself is excellent, it is the phenomenal staff who truly make it world-class. A hotel is built on its reputation, but this team is fundamentally the foundation of that reputation. The owners should be incredibly proud of their staff—they are all absolute stars!Our amazing experience started the moment we arrived on Friday, 1st May. The receptionist who checked us in was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional. She went out of her way to offer some fantastic local advice that made our stay even more special (I truly hope she gets to read this and receives the recognition she deserves!).We stayed in Room 109, which was absolutely superb. The cleaning staff are a fabulous team; despite the hot weather and the hotel being extremely busy, they always had a smile on their faces and were remarkably friendly and helpful. Our room was consistently cleaned to a very high standard, and we loved everything about it.The wonderful atmosphere carried through to every part of the hotel. It was lovely to see everyone genuinely enjoying their jobs, from the gentlemen who helped us with our luggage to the giggly, short-haired lady at breakfast who brought such a joyful energy to our mornings.A massive thank you to everyone at Hotel Twenty One for making our trip to Rome so unforgettable. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
