Really friendly staff, great location, 2 mins away from the train station. No issues at all during our stay, very very clean rooms and exactly what we needed. WiFi is good and easy to connect to, lovely little restaurants around the area too. Highly recommend

Just right for us for a base in Rome. Points to note: Very clean Modern bathroom Good Aircon (individual unit in the room) Very comfy bed Really handy walking distance for the train and bus station. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Sockets near the mirror!! Yes! Friendly staff. Usb sockets by the bed UK socket on the dressing table. Would stay again - Thank you

We can't fault this hotel - friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with good air-conditioning and shower, good continental breakfast and perfect location for walking here and there.

A Nightmare Hotel That Endangered Our Health & Safety My wife and I have traveled extensively around the world — this was, without question, the worst hotel we have ever encountered. Upon check-in, our room had extensive mold, a bed with hair and blood on the sheets, and an AC unit so clogged with dust it immediately caused us to cough. The shower was physically falling apart and posed a genuine safety hazard. Additionally, this hotel doesn't even provide basic amenities like tissue paper or duvet covers. And you have to iron your clothes in the hotel lobby. We contacted both the hotel staff and Expedia multiple times immediately after check-in. Nothing was done. Worse, some staff were outright rude and mockingly dismissed us for having a medical condition — which is completely unacceptable. They refused to allow us to cancel and leave, and they even blocked Expedia from rebooking us to another hotel. Only after I threatened to call the police did they move us to another room — which still had significant problems. They still refused to let us leave or rebook somewhere else at a safer hotel. I have documented photographs of every health and safety violation in this hotel. This is a place that can seriously harm your health and ruin your trip. I urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. No traveler should ever have to fight this hard just to be treated with basic dignity and provided a safe, clean room. Avoid at all costs. Very shady hotel.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The place was well-maintained and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the center of Rome, but the advantage is the nearby Termni train station, allowing quick access to key locations. A very good experience.

Absolutely wonder place! After lots of research, I chose this hotel and it was perfect. Perfect location from the train station. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Easy to get to multiple locations throughout Rome without being in the busy parts of town. We will stay here again when we return.

Great little hotel very close to Roma Termini. Clean, secure with friendly, helpful staff. Perfect as an overnight stay if you have a train to catch the following day.
