Amazing music, excellent food, impeccable service. I'll definitely be back.

A decidedly disappointing experience. We were denied entry due to a supposed dress code, despite being elegantly dressed and completely appropriate for the setting. The most incomprehensible thing is that there were customers inside the establishment dressed much more casually than us. An observation about the staff at the entrance: the hostess was unfriendly and anything but welcoming. Furthermore, her own attire appeared more casual than ours, making the dress code reminder even more difficult to understand. A venue that seeks to convey an image of exclusivity and luxury should stand out above all for its professionalism, courtesy, consistency, and respect for its customers. If there is a dress code, it should be applied with clear and equal criteria for everyone, otherwise it risks giving the impression of arbitrary selection. It's a shame, because expectations were high, but this experience left a decidedly negative impression. We won't be returning. Never again. And we don't recommend it! There are better experiences in Rome than this one.

We had an aperitif on the terrace, with excellent cocktails, professional service, and a very tasty selection of the chef's food.

I went to the restaurant with two friends intending to chat and eat something delicious. But I didn't imagine it would be such a MUCH BEYOND, far superior experience! Chef Gabriel Tavares surprised me from beginning to end. I'm Brazilian and so is he, so I had no difficulty with the menu, as he was attentive and made excellent suggestions. The friendly Omar served us with great promptness and kindness. Special mention for the incredible dessert, a dream come true, just order it!

A refined setting, meticulously curated down to the last detail, with music that accompanies the evening without ever being intrusive, and a clientele that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: dishes beautiful to look at, but above all incredibly delicious. Each course is an experience that makes you want to try the next. Kudos also to all the staff: smiling, professional, attentive, and always available, with that kindness that truly makes the difference. A place where you can sense the passion behind every detail and where you leave already wanting to return.

We were fortunate enough to dine at SEEN by Oliver, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The location is simply stunning: elegant, well-maintained, and with an atmosphere that makes the evening special. We chose sushi and were truly satisfied: the fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes beautifully presented, and the flavors were exceptional. Our favorites were undoubtedly the gyoza and the beef in teriyaki sauce, both truly delicious. A special thanks to Omar, who welcomed us with a smile and looked after us throughout the dinner with kindness, helpfulness, and great professionalism. He was one of those waiters who truly makes the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality dinner.
