Always been during the week, excellent service and food. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere, with the option of dining outside in the summer.

I dined at Ristorante Rustiko Trieste and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant offers a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a dinner as a couple or an evening with friends or family. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The staff was helpful, attentive to the guests' needs, and always discreet, helping to make the evening even more enjoyable. The dishes were beautifully presented, prepared with quality ingredients, and rich in flavor. Each course was meticulously prepared, and the service was also timely, allowing us to enjoy dinner without excessive waiting. Overall, Ristorante Rustiko proved to be an excellent choice. The welcoming atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the kindness of the staff make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking for a pleasant evening in Trieste. I highly recommend it and will definitely return to try other specialties on the menu.

The meat was very good and plentiful. The place was very well-kept and clean.

The food was okay, and the ambiance was nice, it felt very welcoming. The staff were friendly and polite. The service was good at first, but unfortunately it became slow toward the end. We had to wait quite a while, it was difficult to get the staff’s attention, and no one checked on us to see if everything was okay. I hope they can improve the service because the staff were genuinely kind.

Such a great gem! Extremely sweet staff, who also speaks perfectly English (which is rare in Italy). The food was so tasty, delicate and authentic. If you’re 2 people you should order their “tasting dish x2” where you get a bit of everything. The goulash was particularly amazing! Good prices!

Welcoming atmosphere, great hospitality and good food.

On vacation in Trieste, we were intrigued and decided to try this place, where we could enjoy traditional Serbian cuisine (mostly meat). The woman who welcomed us was nothing short of delightful, helpful, and patient in listening, advising, and suggesting our requests/needs, especially since she also has a vegetarian son! Bottom line: we returned twice in just a few days! Everything was perfect and delicious (the best goulash I've ever eaten). I highly recommend it!
