Hotel Mini Kiszyniów

I honestly cannot call this place a hotel. The conditions are unacceptable and far below even the most basic standards of hospitality. The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathroom had no soap, no shampoo, and no basic toiletries at all. Many items in the room were old, broken, or barely functioning. The toilet didn’t even have a proper seat, which is shocking. The air conditioning units are extremely outdated and do not work properly, making the stay very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work at all, which just adds to the overall feeling of neglect. Even worse, the bedsheets and pillows were clearly not changed—they appeared used by previous guests, which is completely unhygienic and disturbing. Overall, this place feels neglected, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. It does not meet minimum cleanliness or comfort standards. I strongly do not recommend staying here and regret my decision to book it.

I wouldn't recommend their sauna to anyone. You can see it all in the photo. Also, in a small room inside the rented space, a woman in casual clothes was sitting and watching TV. "She's been on a long journey, we have nowhere to put her." Is that our problem? 500 lei per hour. They returned the money with a scandal, and not the whole amount, just half. The pool is dirty. It doesn't show well in the photo, it's a shame I can't re-attach the video. There are missing billiard balls. The table is dirty, we wiped it ourselves. The receptionist is rude. I would have given it zero stars. It was also cold inside. They told us to go to the sauna first, and then to the table. It's cold even from the sauna. Do we have to put on jackets afterward? Or what? It's just awful. We were lucky we left there without ruining our holiday.

I've stayed at the hotel several times, and everything was great. Yesterday we checked in and was disappointed... The shower in the bathroom is "leaking," with jets of water shooting in all directions. You can't pay by card at the hotel because there's no terminal. The sheets are dirty and torn. When I asked to change the blankets, I was told there were no more... The TV in the rooms doesn't work, but the hotel worker said that's how it is.

We booked a room and arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m. with our child. The receptionist told us we'd have to wait a bit because they were cleaning the room. After an hour and a half had passed, I went up to see what was taking so long. It turned out she'd lied and was simply waiting for the previous guests to leave so she could re-rent us the same room. So, it was a total waste of time, plus the cost of a taxi. And for the entire hour and a half, she'd been convincing us that just two more minutes and the cleaning would be finished.

The rooms do not correspond to what is stated on Booking!!! There are no separate beds at all, although they write that there are. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but there are no nets on the windows. The common kitchen is very dirty. The administrators behave as if you suddenly arrived at their home(( Payment only in cash. The location is not very convenient for getting there by public transport, it is far and inconvenient to walk from the stop.
