Really beautiful place, completely relaxed there.
Dalal helped us well and the spa was also great.
Warning, this is a highly disreputable company! We paid, but apparently, no booking was made. After several phone calls, we received no response. This is a scam!
Absolute scam. We booked a private spa for two hours at this place for a friend's bachelorette party. Initially, we were told we had a booking for 6:30 pm. On the morning of our visit, we received an email from the spa stating that our booking had been moved to 7 pm. When we arrived at 7 pm, we were told that our booking was indeed for 6:30 pm and that we would now only be able to use the spa for half the time, despite paying the full price. Naturally, we didn't want this, so we argued with them for about 30 minutes and then demanded a full refund and simply left. The employee then called her "boss," who also refused to help us and told us to just send an email and leave. We then asked to speak to the manager, but she couldn't give us his number because it was private. So we left empty-handed and have nothing in writing about the situation. A complete disappointment! We still expect a full refund of the price we have already paid!
For my birthday, I was surprised with a spa day. It was very nice, the decorations were lovely, and it was very relaxing. I will definitely want to come back here for relaxation.
