Clean, safe, tidy, and economical.

The hostel is really good value for money, with an amazing location. It is well maintained, and the view from the window is beautiful. The only downsides are that the floor is very noisy, so you can hear every person walking in the room, which can make it hard to sleep, and there are no curtains for the beds. Overall, still a very good place to stay.

First of all there were bedbugs and also my shower door didn't open, the beds were so uncomfortable you could feel each spring and when I would wake up my back would we sore. I do not recommend this place the only good thing about it is how it is somewhat close to the city center.

This hostel is very close to old town and provides lots of common spaces to chill including a bar, common kitchens that have great amenities, and good-sized private rooms with private bathrooms. The staff are friendly and will help you out with most anything. I was traveling with a large study abroad group, and they were efficient in checking us in and attending to our needs. So, that's the good stuff, and my students liked it. As for some drawbacks, the noise from the streets below is somewhat loud but it is to be expected from a place located in the city. Of course, it was warm (upper 80s F) and there isn't much relief from the heat in most cheaper accommodations, so some small room fans would help during the summer months. Also, some of my students found bed bugs (only a few). However, the staff dealt with the problem straight away, moving my students to freshly cleaned rooms and agreeing to wash and dry their clothes for free. The manager also apologized to me in person, and was willing to refund two room nights for the inconvenience. So, I would probably rate the stay a little lower but the staff were excellent, especially Julia and Paulina, in taking care of the problem so quickly and without argument. Thank you!

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Flawed Website Trap, Deceptive Staff, and Arrogant Management. Avoid! ​DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a critical UI/UX flaw on their official website: the system completely hides the standard flexible options and only displays the 'Non-refundable' option, forcing guests to select it. ​Concerned about this technical trap, I explicitly confirmed via WhatsApp with their staff, Julia, before finalizing the booking. She clearly promised in writing: "At check-in, we will ask you which method you would like to use for payment. After you can pay with cash, the balance will be unblocked." (I have attached the screenshot of this exact WhatsApp conversation). ​The only reason I proceeded with the booking despite the website glitch was this official confirmation. I needed to pay in cash because I am leaving Poland very soon and wanted to spend all my remaining cash on this accommodation. ​However, they breached their word and automatically charged the full amount from my card. When I arrived, they refused to accept my cash or refund the card, hiding behind the "Non-refundable" terms. The manager tried to gaslight me, saying I agreed to this contract. But I only checked that box because their own staff formally promised me I could switch to cash! ​To make matters worse, when I confronted them at check-out, the staff member (Julia) clearly admitted to her mistake on tape, apologizing for giving me the wrong information. I securely hold the entire recorded conversation (Voice recording & English transcript). Yet, the management completely ignores their own staff's verbal contract and the proven website glitch. I have also attached screenshots of their flawed booking system (File 83390.jpg and 83389.jpg) where only 'Non Refundable' rates appear even after expanding the menu. ​Hostel Atlantis blatantly breaches its own agreements, traps guests using a broken website, and refuses to take any responsibility. Absolutely untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

Very nice hostel, lovely room and view, clean and smells nice. Very good toilets with great light. However the kitchens have no hobs and you have to make your own bed.

It would be a 5/5, but they don't allow airing at night, there's no stool/chair in the bathroom, only two sad coat racks, and the lockers are assigned so that everyone can get as far away from their bed as possible, which would make the parquet floor squeak for sleeping roommates. They don't provide towels, only bed linen, and it's not entirely possible to dry your own towels in the summer (because "please don't open the balcony"). The biggest pluses are the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly and efficient service. I didn't stay in the shared room, but the kitchen and dining room were great. It's centrally located, so everything is close. If you need a towel, there's a Rossmann on the way from the Stradom bus stop. A laundry and drying room would be useful instead of just one shared room, but there are laundromats in town if you need one.
