Casa Amêndoa Guesthouse

Many thanks to Manuel and Michael. They are excellent hosts. It doesn't feel like a typical B&B; it's more like visiting friends without having met them beforehand. The location is pleasantly quiet yet centrally located in the Algarve. The atmosphere was always relaxed. We would gladly return when we are in the Algarve again.

We were looking for a place to spend four days un Algarve that could allow us to visit villages, beaches and a bit of night life, well Casa Amendoa gave us that and a lote more. Manuel and Michael have transformed a lovely villa into the perfect place to stay. I work in 5 hotels and Casa Amendoa is better than that. Secluded into the country side, sorrounded by trees and flowers Casa Amendoa is a peace heaven. We thoroughly recommend it. We will be back for sure.

Being away from home yet still feeling at home is something exceptional. Thank you for the wonderful welcome, for the laughs and chats. Thank you for the attention with which you welcomed and pampered us, which gave us beautiful and unforgettable moments. The house is absolutely comfortable, so much so that it invites total relaxation and idleness; the rooms are perfect and functional. Excellent hosts.

Perfect hub for Algarve destinations and just the most lovely home base and refuge. Michael and Manuel are incredible hosts, harkening from the days before transactional airbnbs. Michael makes a beautiful custom prepared breakfast, the two make great conversation, and the pool is just divine. Perfect recommendations on beaches, food, and hidden gems. Very clean. We shared a bath and was very easy. Will happily return next time in the region!

A little corner of paradise, peaceful and away from the crowds of the seaside. Ideally located for visiting the Algave. Our hosts gave us a very warm welcome and helpful advice for planning our excursions. The breakfast was generous and varied. The rooms were very well maintained. The presence of lazy cats outside invited us to relax by the pool...

Thank you to Manuel and Michael for the wonderful welcome they gave us at their home for a few days. It's a true paradise, perfect for disconnecting and rediscovering yourself. Fantastic facilities; the pool and garden are the jewels in the crown. And when they ask you how you'd like your eggs for breakfast today, that's priceless. I 100% recommend them. Manuel & Michael are perfect hosts. They deserve 6 stars! A wonderful place for a holiday; you are spoiled in every way. The welcome was very warm. The sunbeds around the pool, where clothing is not necessary, are very nice, as is the beautiful garden. The breakfast is delicious, the room clean and tidy, as is the bathroom. The whole house exudes relaxation. We have already booked for a next time. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place! We felt at home from the very first minute. Manuel and Michael are incredibly friendly hosts, and the house itself leaves nothing to be desired: beautiful and well-equipped rooms, a very good breakfast ("How would you like your eggs today?" 😉), a pool, a cozy terrace, and everything is easily accessible by car or Uber/Bolt.
