Very bad experience. There was probably a misunderstanding when I entered the club, but instead of trying to understand the situation or communicate calmly, the security staff member involved reacted aggressively. Later, after I left the club, I was punched in the face by a member of the security team at the entrance. The person involved, someone called « Gil », behaved in a violent and highly unprofessional manner. Several witnesses saw the incident. I felt unsafe and shocked by what happened. Security staff should be there to de-escalate situations and protect customers, not resort to violence. In my opinion, someone who reacts this way is not suited for a position responsible for customer safety. Not recommended

The worst drink I've ever had. My 15-year-old friends have served me better Loch Castel. All the bottles were unsealed. Pure cheap swill. The stuff Torrente drinks is Blue Label compared to the engine oil from a '93 Opel Cade they gave us. Going in was the worst decision I've ever made, and that's saying something, considering I just texted my three ex-girlfriends.

The security guards really need someone to teach them some manners!! Because the service provided is terrible, unlike anything I've ever seen anywhere else. In my case, I noticed they gave me a €10 card, only realizing it when I went inside. That night, students from the University of Lisbon didn't pay until 1 am. I went back to exchange the card, explaining the situation, and he started insulting me and pushed me out. He even said that if he could, he'd push me against the metal barrier?! What kind of world do we live in? Terrible.

The club was nice — a bit touristy, but the vibe was okay. The lighting and sound system were cool. But beware of the bartenders; they try to rip you off. They attempted to charge extra when paying by card, so always check the amount before you pay. This was clearly no accident, as they tried it twice.

2 american girls with no prepaid tickets paid 20 euros each with 2 shots included. Music was good, but it was very packed in there. Crowd was moreso 18-25 so I’d avoid if you’re 25+
