The location it was very good in the heart of the town, within few minutes you could be in restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, sightseeings. Personnel kind and with smile. You could only hear little of the noise downstairs, that was very good. The room had fully sun protection curtains which was also very good. The things we didn't like is that there weren't any drawers next to the beds so we had to drop our things such as bottles of water, phone chargers, phones, handsfree, tissues, on the floor which was not very nice. Furthermore, the pillows were very hard and caused neckpain. Another thing is that every single day the breakfast was exactly the same, not even on weekends they didn't add anything different. It was simple yet tasty but in my opinion they should have change even something, add something else every couple of days, for the good reputation of the hotel. It was more a 3* breakfast.

Perfect location, room was not exactly how it is presented on pictures, especially bathroom. Managers, please take your time and inspect bathroom in room nr. 07. Plenty opportunities for improvements.

A terrible experience. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and has a very bad attitude. The day I arrived, I asked for help with a taxi because my card wouldn't work, and they told me it was "not their problem." Then they exchanged euros at whatever rate they felt like. Later, they told me they were going to keep my passport all night until I paid (I refused to hand it over). The next day, when I spoke to the manager, he just left me talking to myself, showing no interest in what had happened. Since he had to work, I asked for a chair with a backrest because there was only a beanbag in the room, and he refused to lend me one, even though there were several in the dining room and reception area. I don't understand how this hotel has such a good rating; it doesn't reflect reality at all.

In the center of Belgrade, with its good and bad due to noise. All in all, nice! Clean rooms, spacious, the best showers I've ever seen. The staff is kind! Nice guy and the gentleman who works reception in the afternoon. Bane Prelevic himself

The hotel is on one floor of a building overlooking the pedestrian street. Most of the rooms face the street, which is very noisy on weekends, for all three nights. Only three or four rooms overlook the courtyard. I had written in advance to reserve one of these rooms, but received no reply. Upon arrival, I was presented with a fait accompli. The rooms were only moderately clean and very outdated (during my stay, the circuit breaker tripped and triggered the alarm several times throughout the morning, first in the café and then while I was in the shower...). The breakfast staff were friendly, but the breakfast itself was quite poor and, above all, of questionable freshness: the bread was a bit dry, the hard-boiled eggs were either overcooked or undercooked (I even got a raw egg!). When I asked to change rooms at the end of the week (a courtyard-facing room was available), I was told that all I had to do was drink some alcohol and then I would go to sleep. This kind of response is neither professional nor respectful... for all these reasons, I do not recommend this place at all.

Booking via Expedia which offered Sauna but when I got there it is an extra charge of £25. Sketchy access via an office building. Shower water gets cold after 5 min. Don’t get fooled by the rates as I did. Overcharged for airport transfer £ 40, where if you take a taxi it will be £15

The hotel is located right in the city center, in a pedestrian zone. You can either park in the large multi-story parking lot before the restrictions apply, or you can use the hotel's parking lot, which allows you to use the pedestrian zone. The rooms are beautiful, including the bathrooms, which have everything you need: minibar, teapot, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor blade and shaving cream, shoehorn, and bathrobe. You sleep well, there's air conditioning in the summer, and in the morning, breakfast is served on a glassed-in terrace overlooking downtown Belgrade. Sweet and savory, fruit and hot dishes, vegetables, and hot drinks. Everything is good. Excellent value, with discreet and friendly staff. Recommended.

Location, is awesome at the center of the main street, the service was daily and the breakfast was good.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Belgrade Atera Business Suites is not your typical hotel — and that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s located on the first floor of an office building (entrance at Kneza Mihaila 3, not 1), right in the center of Belgrade. The location is simply gorgeous, with most attractions, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. There are also several public transport stops nearby, making it super convenient. The atmosphere inside is calm, clean, and peaceful. Everything feels new and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. The front desk staff were also extremely nice and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. We didn’t use the hotel’s parking — instead, we parked in a nearby city parking lot about 400 meters away. It turned out to be a bit cheaper and easier for us. Breakfast was quite nice. While the buffet itself isn’t fancy, you can order dishes like omelets, toast, or scrambled eggs, and they prepare them fresh. The portions are generous, enough to start the day well. All in all, Atera Business Suites is a lovely, peaceful place to stay in Belgrade. It’s clean, comfortable, and ideally located — perfect for couples or anyone looking for a quiet, quality stay in the city center.
