Very polite, kind, and helpful male staff member who was on shift on 25.05.26. I was struggling at the airport trying to catch a taxi and contacted the hotel because I wasn’t able to get from the airport to the hotel for my check-in. When I called and asked if he could help me by calling a taxi, he did so with no problem at all. My check-in was very smooth, and he also kindly helped me with my suitcase because I am pregnant and it is a little difficult for me to carry heavy luggage to the top floor. Thank you very much for your help and kindness. Great staff and a good, clean room as well.
Great location, perfect service and staff.
Located 5 minutes from Kosice train station and not far from the old town. The street in front of the hotel is noisy with the windows open. Breakfast is excellent, with eggs and bacon. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00. It's worth mentioning that a building is under construction next to and behind the Penzion Sport. Since I was out and about during the day, I didn't notice the noise. I'll be back.
We have already slept in the Pension twice...and when I go to Košice again, I will book a room only in this pension....Beautiful rooms, clean...and of course the excellent location of the pension in Košice....I would love to sleep there again...
