A truly wonderful experience, especially thanks to the bartenders at the round entrance bar. They were all incredibly friendly and professional, including Elena, John, Jesus, Valeria, Victor, Jose, and Leo—all of them deserve a solid 10! And a big thank you to the spa and massage staff: Kelly, Gema, and of course, Giuli—they were all incredibly skilled. Thank you so much for being who you are!

The service from all the waiters was excellent, but special mention goes to the waiters at the round bar by the entrance: Elena, Jose, Jon, and Jesús. They were very kind, very polite, very professional, and very friendly. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you, guys! 😘

Very comfortable hotel. Try to go early, before 9 am, for breakfast because there are long queues. It seems this only happens on weekends. I stayed on a Saturday, and on Sunday we went for breakfast around 8:30 am. When we left, there was a long queue to get back in. A lot of the blame lies with the other guests who stuff themselves with breakfast, which is very generous, and take their time leaving.

Four elevators never reach your floor. It's better to keep going up and down. The breakfast line is incredibly long, and while the girl who greets you is very friendly, she shouldn't be chatting with people... the line goes all the way to the elevator, girl! After breakfast, the place isn't full because the team's coordination is slow. That's it... goodbye
