I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff showed a complete lack of understanding and basic human consideration. If anything unexpected happens in your life, do not expect any flexibility or support from them. They would rather refuse your check-in than try to find any reasonable solution. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived later than planned. While we were already on the way to the hotel, they informed us that we would not be allowed to check in. We even offered to pay an additional fee for late arrival and suggested a self check-in option, especially since our stay had already been fully paid. They refused all options, stopped responding to our messages, and did not issue any refund. Thankfully, my bank was able to resolve the situation through a chargeback, but the entire experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Please consider this carefully: arriving late at night in Tenerife, driving unfamiliar mountain roads in the rain, and being left without accommodation is not just inconvenient it is unsafe. A situation like this could be much worse for someone traveling with children. From our experience, the only thing that seemed to matter to them was the money, not the wellbeing of their guests. There was no support, no communication, and no willingness to help. I strongly recommend choosing another place, even if it costs a bit more. The peace of mind and proper service are absolutely worth it. ------- After this review was published, the owner publicly replied claiming that I had threatened and blackmailed them and that I had been reported to Booking.com for such behavior. I would like to clarify that my review contains no threats, blackmail, harassment, or attempts to pressure the business. It is simply a description of my experience as a guest. Readers are welcome to review both my original review and the owner's response and draw their own conclusions. In my opinion, the owner's response does not address the issues raised in this review and instead makes serious accusations that are not supported by the content of my review. For this reason, I would encourage future guests to be especially careful before booking or interacting with this property. My experience suggests that concerns raised by customers may be met with personal accusations rather than a constructive response to the issues being reported.

A simple and somewhat dated hotel with friendly staff. The garden is nice, but the rooms smelled a bit musty (perhaps due to the wet season). The access road is steep, and there's little infrastructure in the area.

Exceptional customer service at this accommodation in Icod de los Vinos. Highly recommended!

It's a wonderful place in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, with mountain and sea views, and a private pool.
