A spectacular store with all sorts of items you could possibly need. I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Nicole and Becky, who helped me and were always able to advise me on everything. The video room is fantastic and always clean, with a lovely scent; it's something I really want to mention about the place.

It's one of the biggest stores I've ever been to. They have an amazing variety of toys, which impressed me greatly. I bought a suction vibrator at a great price. The service was excellent and personalized; I highly recommend it. I'll be visiting again soon.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. First off, they're cheapskates; they almost double the price of most products. Also, right there in the store, a man started harassing me, staring at me intently from behind a column. I understand this store offers private rooms and other services in different areas of the establishment, but it shouldn't be too much to expect a difference between the regular store and the other rooms. The saleswomen completely ignore you; they don't even say hello.

The entrance is a little tricky to find, but across from Visionlab there are some stairs. Go down and walk a short distance; turn right at the corner, and there's a neon sign that says "sex shop." The girl who helped me guided me through my purchase and was very helpful. She gave me a very discreet bag. They don't accept AMEX, but they do accept card payments.

The price is outrageously inflated. Three times more than online.

The booth area is neglected, buttons that don't work, doors that don't close or have their locks ripped off, doors dirty inside with months-old streaks, the same videos over and over again, benches with unanchored backrests that fall off when you move... An unpleasant and unsanitary experience.

I bought some this morning and was served by a woman dressed in black, an intelligent and beautiful woman. She helped me with what I bought and how to clean it.

A very nice, spacious, and discreet shop, well-organized, with a great variety of products and friendly staff. I also want to highlight its excellent location within Madrid. I would absolutely love it if, in the near future, you could offer some high-quality heterosexual sexual services (between attractive women you hire and male visitors like myself looking for a good time) in the private rooms or lounges within the shop, at reasonable and affordable prices and convenient hours. Today I went into the store for the first time and I was surprised by how big it is, as well as the wide variety of products and the pretty good prices. I asked for recommendations on lubricant and a vibrator, and they gave me excellent recommendations for the Orca vibrator and the Shunga Toko lubricant with a fiery cherry scent. I received very good service. I recommend this place, so I'll be back.

We just left the store after a €170 purchase. The girl who served us had no idea what she was talking about! She couldn't answer our questions or explain how the appliances we asked about worked. After coming all the way from Toledo based on the photos we saw online, we can say with certainty that we will NEVER return. They have good products, but if you're looking for personalized attention and advice: don't come here.
