Good afternoon everyone, as part of the Dietrich family, I wanted to apologize for any inconvenience caused to clients who had reservations for last weekend and this weekend. Sadly, on March 28th, our hostess, Eurogloria, who greeted all our clients, passed away unexpectedly. Deeply saddened by her loss, we were forced to close the weekend of the 6th to take care of the necessary arrangements. We are very sorry that we were unable to serve our clients. And I deeply regret to inform you that the Dietrich Room is closing its doors. I ask for your understanding during this difficult time, and as soon as everything is sorted out, any reservation deposits will be refunded. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I can't really give a rating because yesterday my partner and I went to the restaurant with a Groupon voucher, only to find it closed. We waited, but it was closed and everything was dark. We called, but no one answered. There were several other couples there who had the same problem, and we were left without dinner or anything else (which is why I can't give a rating). I can only give a zero for the organization because if they planned not to open, they could have at least notified us and not left us stranded. And on top of that, they redeemed the voucher (which we now have to claim back from Groupon). This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I'm certain I wouldn't recommend it.

A scam! After making a reservation and paying for the dinner/show, we arrived to find it closed. No one answers the phone or offers any explanation. Be very careful with this venue.

It's truly shameful! We had a reservation and when we arrived it was closed, yet we received an email confirming the event. What a waste of time! In this day and age, these kinds of mistakes are unacceptable. I don't recommend it.

Bad experience. I booked through Groupon for today as a gift for some relatives. When we arrived at the restaurant at the agreed time, it was closed. After sending WhatsApp messages and calling, there was no response. I think it's unacceptable that they didn't even notify us if they weren't going to be open; what a lack of professionalism.
