We stumbled upon the hotel by chance, and Oscar, a very kind and friendly man, greeted us at reception. He recommended we go up to the rooftop to watch the sunset. An unforgettable moment. Incredible.
Thank you so much, Araceli, for your attention here in Ibiza. And Sheila at reception in the mornings was a pleasure to be served. In the evening, I had the privilege of being served by Sol, who made the experience truly enjoyable! Thanks to all three of you, I would definitely return if the staff's warmth and friendliness remain the same.
I want to highlight the excellent service from Sheila at reception and Araceli, an Argentinian waitress who made every breakfast an even more enjoyable experience. They were both always so kind, attentive, warm, and smiling. Their professionalism and friendliness make all the difference. It was a pleasure to be served by them! I would definitely return. In the evening, I was lucky enough to be served by Sol, who made the experience delightful!
An excellent experience. We fell in love with the hotel, the facilities, and the wonderful staff. Special mention goes to Valentina at Capricho, who was incredibly kind. We also want to thank Noemí, the bartender, for the delicious cava sangria and her prompt service. Thank you so much for your service and kindness!
