El mirador de Only YOU

This is the second time I've been through Valencia and stopped by this restaurant. You take the elevator to the 9th floor... well, what can I say... stunning view and incredible location. Friendly staff and average service (not fast, but not like the two-hour wait the first time). Varied menu, with many choices. We opted for 100% Iberian ham with croutons and tomato (very good and obviously expensive, but we knew that) and a seafood stew (fantastic!). The price was fair for what we ate.

Paella is better than never eating at all!!

Overall, we had a very good experience and would rate this restaurant 4.6/5. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Most of the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The only dish that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the paella. It simply wasn’t our favorite, although we understand that others might enjoy its style. Everything else was excellent, and the desserts were absolutely outstanding—definitely one of the highlights of the meal. A great place with wonderful service and amazing desserts. We would happily come back and recommend it to others

Very good quality food at a very good price.

We were recommended this place by a former employee and are so glad we did! Set in the beautiful Only You Hotel, it not only offers fantastic paella but great views and service. A special shoutout to our delightful waiter Jorge who was incredibly sweet.

It was the best breakfast experience I've ever had. The service was IMPECCABLE and incredibly professional. A huge congratulations to the barista (Ruggero) for his knowledge and the perfection he showed us with the three coffees he served—truly spectacular! The food selection is immense and of the highest quality, from show cooking to stations selling guacamole, homemade honey, and pastries. Many thanks to the front-of-house manager and the hotel staff for giving my partner two complimentary roses; it was a lovely touch. After staying in more than 40 hotels in different countries, I can say that this breakfast is a 10/10 without a doubt. I'm so proud that it's in my city. I'm sure I'll be back soon! We went to celebrate my sister's birthday and the experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they treated us wonderfully and even added a couple of thoughtful touches that made the celebration even more special. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely, and we found the value for money to be excellent. Without a doubt, it's a place we'll return to and highly recommend. The views from the lookout are lovely, although it's a bit awkward having to get too close or stand over other diners at the window to see them. They also have a small balcony you can step out onto, but the views aren't as good from there. The service was efficient and friendly, and the most popular dishes were the eggs and the chocolate taco for dessert. I would point out that the Russian salad was a bit dry and the squid wasn't quite tender.

It's a place where people order paella and that's it, because, as we've seen, nobody's going to pay 5.5 euros. They served us a Pinot Noir wine that was water in it. That could have been any other customer or them, I have no idea, but the fact is that in a place that tries to be a bit fancy, it's a beach bar mistake. My father specifically asked the kitchen to taste the wine, and they did, but they couldn't explain it. The service is quite slow. As I said, people order paella because it's 20 euros per person, but what we ordered was 40 euros per person. It says a lot about the kind of people you're dealing with; even so, we didn't get any feedback about the main course, which was undercooked. Apart from the rice with other ingredients, the value for money is quite poor.

Excellent service and food. Jorge served us in a very polite and professional manner, and he also offered us complimentary cava and showed us the views from the lookout point. An incredible experience, we will definitely return. Thank you so much!
