Excellent value for money. It's only a two-star hotel, nothing fancy, but everything is very well done. Centrally located, renovated rooms with comfortable beds and well-distributed spaces.
I spent a night there with my son and I just had to write a review because it truly is a special place. It's so well-maintained, so clean, the staff is so friendly, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is so delicious that it makes our time in Zaragoza even better. I love the story behind the hotel; it was founded by a determined woman. Let's support local businesses built with love and hard work. Congratulations!
Ideal location and impeccable service. The facilities are perfect, and for breakfast, the pastry shop serves delicious sweet and savory dishes and excellent coffee. The staff is very attentive.
Absolutely amazing customer service. There was excellent communication from the hotel before our stay and the apartment was fantastic - such great value. The hotel helped us with many recommendations and made us feel very welcome. You could tell this was a very organised team who cared about their customers. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, right in the heart of Zaragoza, with a magnificent view of the basilica from our room. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, with excellent bedding, and the quiet and very efficient air conditioning was particularly appreciated. The hotel staff were lovely throughout our stay: welcoming, attentive, available at all hours, and always ready to help. Special mention also goes to the hotel café, where breakfast is served. The staff there are remarkably kind and always attentive, and the breakfast is simply excellent. We tried several during our stay, and we didn't find any better! The only slight drawback was the soundproofing: we could sometimes hear the neighbors. It could certainly be improved, but it was never really bothersome and didn't spoil our stay in any way. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and I will gladly return.
Great location, excellent breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff who were attentive to the needs of their guests. Even the lack of a refrigerator in the room wasn't a problem, as they could leave their purchases at the reception.
