The reception was never staffed, and check-in was only possible by phone, which worked but was inconvenient. The room was in very poor condition: it was visibly dirty, the bathroom smelled strongly and had some mold. There were also several defects, including broken electrical outlets, a damaged shelf, and a window that wouldn't lock properly. On the second night, several bedbugs were discovered in the bathroom. Since no staff was available on-site, nothing could be done about it. The guest kitchen was also extremely unhygienic. On the positive side, the free parking and the good public transport connections were noteworthy. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Overall, the negative impressions far outweigh the positives. For hygiene and safety reasons, this accommodation is not recommended.

Very good hotel to stay with family

This so-called “hotel” should be shut down immediately. I have never experienced anything so horrifying in my life. From the second I walked in, it felt like stepping into a scene from a horror movie — only worse, because it was real. The carpets were stained with what looked like blood, the toilet panels were falling apart, and the water in the shower barely worked. The toilet was absolutely revolting — filled with pubic hairs and dried urine, and to make matters worse, there was no toilet paper anywhere. The mattresses were beyond disgusting — stained, filthy, and clearly never cleaned or replaced. The shower was covered in thick mold, the mirrors were filthy, and every single piece of furniture was coated in dust. It was impossible to touch anything without feeling contaminated. This place isn’t just dirty — it’s a serious health risk. The level of neglect and filth is dangerous and unacceptable. I honestly fear for anyone’s well-being who stays here. Please, for your own safety, do not book this place. It’s not a hotel — it’s a HAUNTED HEALTH HAZARD. Someone needs to report this establishment to health authorities immediately.

We had to urgently leave our rooms because of a bedbug. We contacted the staff immediately. They were really not willing to help. Even the next day they don't understand how serious this is.
