An experience beyond the ordinary! Awesome food, drinks and service.

The only good things about this restaurant were the service and the view. We ordered a steak dish and a chicken dish, but neither met our expectations. The chicken was both heavy and dry, while the steak was served cold. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Incredible service and food!!

We ate at Le Bar. Fantastic welcome when we arrived. We had a 3-course menu that was great. The wines were expensive but incredibly good. The coffee was served in a decent coffee pot in fine porcelain. The head waiter and waiters were super knowledgeable and professional. The place is sober, calm and atmospheric with a nice view. We are impressed and happy that we have been with you. We will remember that for a long time.

Our visit to La Tour was fantastic from start to finish. The view is amazing, start with a nice drink at Le bar and then continue into the restaurant for a fantastic multi-course meal and world class service. I can highly recommend this place for an experience beyond the ordinary. I look forward to coming back again!

Latour, Stockholm. An evening that settles down. Not unfamiliar with fine dining around the world, with all that it entails of whispering staff and that slight discomfort when someone sneaks up behind you in the middle of a sentence to change a fork that no one would mind. Well-intentioned, no doubt. But not what I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is this. Each dish a little story, in terms of taste and visuals. A subtle elegance that doesn't shout about itself. Mario, Emil and the rest of the gang move around the room as if they own the floor without taking up space from the guests. It's an art. The view of Stockholm is outside like a backdrop no set designer could afford, and a few tables create the intimacy that larger restaurants seek in vain in expensive consultations. With his long experience, Pontus has managed to distill something difficult to define but immediately recognizable. A 60s interior that fits like a glove. The feeling of being invited rather than a customer. Possibly somewhat biased, admittedly. There is a story. But Latour doesn't need my trust in advance. Enough with the food.
