Rhodania Boutique Hôtel

This hotel was perfect in all dimensions - location, clean, as advertised, amenities, communication for help / questions, etc. Next time in Geneve, this will be my home.

The 12m² room was functional, modern, and clean, but cramped. Ours faced the street and was therefore very noisy.

Access to the hotel is relatively simple. There's no reception staff on site, so access to the hotel and rooms is via keypads. The room size is quite adequate. The bathroom is very functional. :) All the basic amenities are provided. The only real downside is the street noise, despite the soundproof windows.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Rhodania Boutique Hotel in Geneva. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for getting around the city, whether on foot or by public transport. The room was stylish, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. The attention to detail in the decor gives the hotel a unique boutique feel. What stood out the most was the staff: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or any request. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay in Geneva. I would definitely come back.

Hôtel was ideally located, 5 mins walk from train station and the lake. Room was equipped with tv and kitchen available to use which was outside our room, luggage room free to use, wasn’t secure but no issues. Shower and toilet was small! and sink was outside of this but we didn’t find it an issue.

We spent two nights at this hotel during our stay in Geneva. The location is truly ideal. Everything is easily accessible on foot, and the train station is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. There is no reception desk at the hotel for check-in. However, a WhatsApp number is available, and the person we spoke to was particularly pleasant and clear in their explanations. Furthermore, their responsiveness was very helpful. The rooms are quite small but arranged in such a way that we could move around without any problems. The only downside is that the sink isn't in the bathroom but directly in the bedroom, right next to the bed, which isn't very convenient. A word of advice: we booked through Booking.com, but in hindsight, it was a very bad idea. Booking.com is completely unable to help us when we encounter any difficulties. Moreover, the communication between Booking.com and the hotel is not working properly. Conclusion: book directly on the hotel's website, which will make things much easier for you, especially if the price difference is only a few francs.

I stayed in a superior room, third floor. It was fantastic. I had a lovely little balcony with a view of the crossroads. The room is high quality and clean. This hotel really does feel boutique - they owners have made high quality choices with every detail, and the quality is noticeable. I was nervous about a hotel with no reception. I recommend looking at Google Street maps and having the access codes ready. But the process is easy. I noticed the other comments about noise. This hotel is on a busy street. You can hear vehicles. And it's a city, I expect this. I came here for business and extended my trip and chose this hotel because of the high quality. You can communicate with the owners in English via phone or Whatsapp and they are very helpful and nice people. Hotel is above a great cafe, and near a great kebab shop.

Excellent virtual support through WhatsApp, clean rooms and very comfortable mattress/bed. Super close to the station and lakefront. Highly recommended

Great experience. Clean rooms with functional layout. They have Molton Brown soap in the showers… Not the most spacious but really nice accommodation for the price Very easy communication over WhatsApp for check in

The hotel's third-floor kitchen features a storage room for luggage. Whilst equipped with CCTV, guests remain responsible for any lost items. Check-in is only possible from 3 PM onwards; earlier arrivals incur a fee. A second kitchen is available on the second floor. Room soundproofing is significantly better than at another establishment I stayed in. Rooms overlook the street. The hotel offers WhatsApp customer service, ensuring smooth communication. Check-in and check-out procedures are straightforward, and Geneva transport cards were delivered the day prior. Overall, excellent value!

The hotel was very well maintained, the room was spotless, and the staff were helpful and responsive. Its proximity to the train station was a bonus.
