Very nicely furnished, waiters very friendly

The food was fantastic! Absolutely delicious and flavorful. The location was upscale yet very pleasant. I call it "upscale fast food." The price-performance ratio is therefore absolutely justified. I'd gladly come again! 🔥

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant. On our first visit, we were already bothered by a staff member behind the bar who repeatedly rolled his eyes at arriving guests, giving the impression that additional customers were more of a nuisance than a welcome sight. On our second visit, we were served by the same employee. While our order was taken, there was a complete lack of attention afterward. We were never once asked if we wanted more drinks throughout the entire evening. Instead, at some point, we were simply told it was "last call" because they were closing. What was particularly annoying was that we were presented with a single bill for the entire group without any prior inquiry, even though it was clear we weren't all together. Again, it seemed that any additional question or effort would have been too much trouble. When we asked why we hadn't been asked beforehand whether we wanted to pay separately or together, we were simply met with an indifferent shrug. This is not what friendliness, attentiveness, and respect for guests look like to us. Given these two negative experiences, we definitely cannot recommend this restaurant. Anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing evening with attentive service should probably choose a different restaurant. And instead of simply responding to negative reviews with standard replies, a serious effort should be made to improve, especially when several guests independently report similar experiences.

We received a very warm welcome and attentive service during the Ice Hockey World Championship. The food was excellent and, contrary to our expectations, very reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very well done. We would gladly return.

Great tasting food especially the calves liver and brilliant service even letting us GB 🇬🇧ice hockey fans in early before they opened . Enjoyed the place so much we went several times over the week and if I am come back to Zurich will definitely go back for a visit

Fantastic experience! The food was top notch, the portions were great, and the ambiance was very pleasant. Special praise for the staff who were incredibly friendly, smiling, and professional. We will stop by again when we are passing through!

Needed some serious fuel before Metallica tonight… and The Jack’s House did NOT disappoint 🤘🔥 The cevap was sooo good 🤤 Everything was fresh, tasty and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very clean and the waiter was nice and welcoming. Highly recommended! 😎
