I stayed here 2nd time with my family and we had great experience here.. most important location of ringstone Bosphorus is fab... 🥰
We stayed at this hotel with our family from July 11 to July 17, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room overlooked Istiklal Street and the historic tram terminal. At first, we thought it might be noisy, but the sound insulation was excellent. Once the windows were closed, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest comfortably every night. The air conditioning also deserves special mention. It worked perfectly, kept the room cool even during the hottest days, and was very quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The quality of the ingredients and the attentive service made every morning enjoyable. The location of the hotel is outstanding. The metro station, Galata Tower, Karaköy Port, Galata Bridge, as well as many cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. It is an ideal base for exploring Istanbul on foot. We would also like to thank the entire hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
We had the most amazing service from the very polite and helpful staff there, a particular mention to Őzkon, the front desk Manager, who went out of his way to help us in any way possible.
We booked this hotel specifically for breakfast or dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea. However, they said it was under renovation. The breakfast room was very small, the staff were very hardworking, but unfortunately, I wouldn't choose this hotel again at this price. Showing a terrace and then saying it's closed is not nice at all. If I could have canceled, I would have. For some reason, renovations happen during the summer. The rooms were acceptable, but they put glass in place of the toilet door. I didn't like that at all. However, the location and everything else was very good. I'm thinking of pursuing legal action regarding the photos showing the sea view, as they were misleading.
