My husband gave me a birthday gift of swimming with dolphins — an incredibly happy event! But the service in the complex is not just terrible, there are no words to describe this level! From the very beginning, when I made a phone reservation for swimming, I was warned about a deposit for a locker — 500 UAH, considering the cost of the gift and the star rating of the hotel (5 stars), I consider this to be the bottom. You also need your own towel and slippers - these are also signs of snobbery for this level of complex Having arrived early and received the keys to the locker, we were met by the administrator or hostess (it is unknown, she did not introduce herself, there was no badge) Immediately at the pool they began to obsessively and aggressively offer me the services of a SUPER PROFESSIONAL photographer and videographer No one showed me or gave me a locker or anything, I changed right on the street near the pool The man who was with me was not allowed to stand next to me due to the rules of the complex, "so as not to distract the dolphins", but people who visited the steam rooms and saunas calmly walked around the territory, not distracting anyone Then I was met by a trainer and the swimming itself was incredibly impressive! I give 2 stars only for the trainer and the dolphins Despite the fact that I refused to take pictures, their photographer took pictures of me WITHOUT MY CONSENT (I want to remind you that this is prohibited in our country!) After the swim, the administrator/hostess girl had no time for me and no one showed me to the changing room They immediately forcibly sent me to show the photos, as a marketer who constantly works with content, I can objectively assess the result of their professional photographer - the photos were bad out of 30 frames only 2 were successful, count the % of effectiveness yourself I changed clothes in some neglected shower room, thank you very much for not being kicked out of the territory immediately after the swim On the way back, I returned to get the deposit for the locker and told the reception that no one had ever given me a locker or changing room - to which the girl did not react at all, just remained silent with a dissatisfied face I want to remind you that the service cost 6,000 UAH for 10 minutes of swimming As a marketer, I understand that Nemo behaves like this because there is no competition But as a person, I do not advise anyone to choose this complex Because such a level of service will ruin your impression of dolphins I wish Nemo to improve its service, because it is not that it does not reach 5 stars, your service does not even look in its direction, but has turned its back

We decided to spend the evening at Nemo celebrating our anniversary. No questions about the SPA - the administrator Kateryna and the masters Pavlo and Iryna are truly professionals and if we could mark the spa separately - it would definitely be 5 stars. After the spa, we wanted to go to the pool and have dinner and it was a complete disappointment. According to the beautiful videos on social networks - chaos and zero service. There is very little space in the locker room - guests of the fitness club, vacationers, children, all crammed into 10 square meters, but it is still possible to survive (let me remind you that the cost of visiting as of April was 800 UAH per person). What we saw when we entered the spa area was simply shocking - mountains of dishes, food on the floor, not a single free table or lounge chair (towels and someone else's things everywhere) or just leftovers of food and it is impossible to understand whether people have already left or it was simply not cleaned. We were very hungry and were warned that we could order food directly at the spa, until 9:00 PM. When we arrived it was about 8:15 PM, but after waiting for 15 minutes, no one was seen on site. We went to the reception and the administrator said that she would call someone, but after another 15 minutes no one came, and we already realized that we were just tired of waiting. After swimming for 20 minutes in the pool, we just packed up and went home. As a bonus, the locker rooms were packed, we had to wait another 20 minutes, as the group classes had ended and all the space was taken. Of course, demanding compensation or a refund is pointless, but I would like the administration to pay attention to the fact that a 5-star hotel cannot objectively provide recreation at the level it advertises.

Our stay at NEMO Hotel Resort & SPA exceeded all expectations ❤️ From the first minutes we felt incredible care and attention to the guests. We were kindly checked in earlier without any problems, and we were also upgraded to a room category for free, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. I would especially like to thank the staff - you rarely meet such sincere, attentive and friendly people these days. It felt like we were not in a hotel, but in a place where they were really waiting for you. I would especially like to note the very tasty and varied breakfasts, pleasant daily compliments in the form of sweets - such little things create a truly special mood. We left with a slight sadness, because we did not want to say goodbye to this place. Thank you for the care, beauty, comfort and memories that will stay with us for a long time. It was a vacation that I want to experience again ✨🥹

I rested with my child this week at the hotel! I liked everything.

I want to leave a review about visiting the NEMO hotel in Odessa. My child's new Crocs were stolen in the pool locker room. Instead, they gave him cheap disposable flip-flops. The most disappointing thing was the attitude of the administration - no one wanted to look into it. They didn't offer any help, they also refused to look at the cameras. Complete indifference to the situation. I don't know who exactly did it - the staff or one of the visitors, but it happened on Monday, May 25, when there were few people. Therefore, I want to warn others! Be careful and be sure to keep an eye on your belongings if you visit this establishment. Unfortunately, thefts do happen here. A very unpleasant impression of this level of service.

Today, May 24, 2026, in the Delfin restaurant on the 0th floor, Vladislav served us. I want to note his professionalism. We were a company, we were surrounded by care and attention! A very polite, pleasant and responsive person who knows his business! thank you for your care!

Great place. Excellent service. The only downside is the oysters they serve for breakfast; to put it mildly, they don't look very good; they've seen it all, to put it bluntly.

In general, I liked everything, but the unpleasant impression was left after the service of Valeria, who sold swimming shorts. First, she questioned the information about our stay at the hotel (asked if we were staying in this room), which is very unpleasant. And secondly, which is VERY important, she spoke in the language of the aggressor. Pay attention to this, according to the law this should not be the case! I am waiting for feedback

This is exactly the place where you want to come back again. Impeccable service, extremely friendly staff, an atmosphere of care and hospitality are felt literally in everything. A special delight is the kitchen ❤️ Tasty, diverse, beautiful and with attention to every detail. As a mother of a one-year-old, I especially appreciated the children's room with individual nannies - this is truly a level of care that gives parents the opportunity to breathe a little and enjoy their vacation. Warm pools, a large number of show programs, animation and entertainment for older children - everything is thought out here for a comfortable family vacation. And do you know what is especially nice? Despite the high rating and elite nature of the establishment, there is absolutely no pathos here. On the contrary - sincere friendliness, ease of communication and an atmosphere in which you feel like a welcome guest 🤍 Thank you for the emotions, comfort and memories that I want to keep)))))

Today ends my vacation with my dearest people in the incredible place of the Nemo Hotel. The friendliness of the employees, the incredible atmosphere, the mood, this is what is present everywhere. I thank every employee, especially the administrator Natalia at the Nemo Hotel Resort & Spa, I always met with a smile, witty jokes complemented the atmosphere of a wonderful vacation. I came to your hotel for the first time, but definitely not the last. A beautiful hotel, the sea, the beauty that surrounds you everywhere, delicious cuisine, the friendliness of the employees - all this undoubtedly deserves success. I still remember Mr. Vyacheslav Latushkov, a smile, witty humor is the key to success, Thank you for the vacation!!!!!!
