Excellent customer service! Stayed for our 1st year wedding anniversary! Received an upgrade and a little gift bag. Jerome and the whole team are incredible! The hotel itself is in a prime location and has brilliant facilities!

Outstanding personal and thoughtful aervice

I booked a room with two king beds. You provided me a room with one king bed and one sofa bed. I was told at the reception I am getting an upgrade but I specifically asked if there are two beds and I was told of course it is!! That’s plain lying and should not be acceptable. When I tried calling from the room, no one picked up the phone and when I went to talk to them again, there was a huge line because you don’t allow a before 3pm check in and everyone apparently checks in at the same time! Location is great, rest of the service was fine but the reception and check in/out service is horrendous!

Generally very good, friendly staff and food and drinks good. maybe a better cocktail list with more variation, breakfast was great. Lovely well placed hotel with ease for the front and The Lanes.

I was very happy with my stay and the above and beyond of the staff as I was taking my partner and it was a special night I requested for a sea view room and that’s exactly what I got. Even the hall way smell fresh and clean no grime around the toilet seats and sinks. 5* from me

The lady at check-in desk was lovely. I believe her name was Sophia. Also had a drink at the bar and the bartender was very engaging. I forgot his name. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family in the US if they travel to Brighton.
