Jolyons Boutique Hotel

The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are spacious with bathtubs. The most annoying things is the self check-in, which would also have been fine if they provided the correct information during the booking. You get your code to the front door and the room door in your email when you book. It is also easy to figure out the codes for the other rooms... So don't leave your card key in the key box when you are out for the day. Overall great place and really good location. They just have poor (non existent) check in service which probably doesn't happen all the time!

Not really a hotel any longer, more serviced rooms. When we stayed here a year ago, my impression was bijou and quite luxurious. Not the same feeling now. No staff. Self check-in with keys in fiddly lock boxes by bedroom doors. Feels a bit soulless but cannot beat the location for visiting Cardiff Bay.

Right in the heart of Cardiff Bay,beautiful bedrooms with modern bathrooms. The charming breakfast room is manned by very talented staff,close to all amenities including 24 cash machines. Highly recommended

Nice rooms, personal touch, great location, convenient parking, very welcoming and friendly.

Great location, AMAZING staff, and the shower actually fitted me in with NO adjustment! (First time I've ever been excited about the shower). When I come back, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Lovely stay all round, breakfast was delicious and came quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon
