Best fish bites ever. Best customer service

Very disappointing experience. I ordered special fish, but the fish was not cooked properly and was extremely oily. The strong smell of oil also made it unpleasant to eat. On top of that, I had to wait around 25 minutes for the food, which was especially disappointing considering the poor quality. I expected much better for the price.

Priyanka is the Hostess who is the best I have seen. She makes Mother Hubbard the regular spot for me and my family

Went for a meal with family ,on a visit to Cardiff, the food was lovely 😍, excellent service, the manager was great, after ordering our food, for about seven of us and paying ,we noticed 😀 a lunch time offer they had on, after mentioning it to them ,they gave us the offer price without any issues ( thank you ) got a £15.00 refund , Highly recommend not because of the refund but the food & service, will definitely visit again when in Cardiff.

Great fish and chips amazing

Delicious food, massive portions and very fresh and tasty especially the Fish & chips. My new favourite food spot😍The service is amazing so friendly and helpful staff especially the girl who took our order.

Could do with a clean toilet was inaccessible to disabled due to hallway being full of boxes Food was ok. bit of a wait even though there were only 1 table of 4 people in dining . Wouldn’t rush back there also a fish shop that don’t sell cod I find very strange.
