Mercure Livingston Hotel

It could use some modernization. But it's very clean and the food is good too.

I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 1 night on June 20th 2026. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room left a lot to be desired. It was very outdated, carpet was coming up from the floor, the floor was hollow underneath, so it was very loud when walking across it. We turned on the lights and only half the lights worked and the "hallway" light had a strobe effect. I spoke to the front desk and their solution was to turn the lights off and just use the ones over the bed.

Pape (I pray i have spelt thay correct) saved my morning, I missed breakfast and had to rush out. Even though the team was cleaning Papè found the time to make me a coffee and wish me well on my day Its the little things you know, Thanks P

I was here with a group; the rooms are okay and the food was good. There are only bathtubs in the rooms, no showers. The staff are nice.

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel in general is a bit dated but the rooms are good very big and and a lot of ground floor rooms which is a bonus, also a very good location close the brilliant shopping centre

Average rooms. I would rate that the cleanliness could be better. No landline in the room hence the only way to connect to the reception is to walk to them in person every time you need something

Pape was very friendly and provided excellent service. He handled all my requests well, and I really appreciate the staff for being accommodating. This review is specifically about the service provided by Pape and the rest of the staff.
