Overall it's ok. Really good facilities, very clean and friendly staff but there are a few issues below: 1. We went on a Monday and we're charged £30 (although the website says it's £21 with membership and you can join free on Mondays and Wednesdays). 2. The pool was being cleaned or had an issue so was out of bounds, in my view that should have been mentioned before paying and probably should have been discounted - if it was £21 I doubt anyone would moan. 3. Fresh towels, or at least one change of towel would be good. 4. Jacuzzi was fairly cool. Overall it really is a nice place but just felt very expensive for such a quiet night and the information needs updating.

It was nice but BE AWARE there is a young guy there who stole a bottle of aromas on the night of 17-18 July. He has a European accent, in his early twenties. Staff and customer be cautious!

Amazing staff, amazing facitcals

It took a long time to open but the wait was worth it. The facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of staff and visitors are the best anywhere. It is great being able to buy food and drink (alcoholic and none) to enhance the visit. I’ll not name staff individually because they are all so welcoming and set the community atmosphere. Perhaps it is because I am one of the older members but for me the music can be too loud and thumping. May be some gentle jazz would be worth trying from time to time and would be more conducive to friendly chat in the bar area. However overall it is a superb addition to Leeds. Well done to everyone!

Had a mint time yesterday in here got such a warm welcome from the pipeworks staff and met some new people :) such a laugh and a giggle, I will be back again soon.

10/10 vibes. Went to the sauna on pride sunday, had the time of my life. Facilities are actually really high end. The staff were so nice, sorted me out even though I lost my locker key, clothes, dignity and half my brain cells 😂. They put in a crazy graft keeping the place clean and not being arseholes. Definitely a good place to start if you're new to the sauna scene. No notes
