An honest review. We stayed here on St Patrick's night, we knew where it was and that it would be busy and loud, we didn't mind it was a short stay. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed and well decorated. Small niggle - having a Nespresso machine but not having any cartridges is pointless, people don't just carry spare ones around. It would have been nice to see some and possibly some tea bags etc, a lot of other places we've stayed have these available. It's above 2 clubs. One behind, one to the left. There's a pub opposite. If you stay any weekend night be aware that they close around 2-3 am. Then the deliveries and road sweepers start at 6am. So, like I said we did allow for the late night but not the 6am start. If you stay midweek and don't mind the early mornings, you are only 2 mins away from Matthew Street and the centre of the Cavern Quarter and only 10 minutes from the docks and the rest of the city. We enjoyed our stay, but a bit of soundproofing wouldn't go amiss. Maybe even something as simple as secondary glazing to keep the street noise down.

We stayed at 27 Stanley Street Aparthotel by UStay in October for my boyfriend’s birthday, and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were asked to pay a £200 deposit, which was unexpected. £200 is a lot of money for two students, but we assumed it would be refunded after our stay. However, despite leaving the apartment in good condition, we never got the deposit back — and we weren’t given a clear explanation why. The location is also a big issue. The apartments are directly above a nightclub, and the noise went on well into the early hours of the morning, making it really difficult to sleep. To make things worse, my boyfriend was woken up by loud noises coming from the room next to us — which sounded like a couple having sex. The walls are clearly very thin, and it made for a really uncomfortable experience. We had booked this stay to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and hoped for a relaxing, enjoyable time, but it ended up being stressful and frustrating. For the price we paid — especially losing the £200 deposit — it really wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared for loud noise and the possibility of not getting your deposit back.

A Home Away From Home in Liverpool My recent stay at the 27 Stanley Street Aparthotel by UStay was truly exceptional. This apartment offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, much like a high-quality Airbnb experience. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the essentials: a stovetop, oven, dining table, TV, sofa, chairs, comfortable beds, an iron with ironing board, and a fully stocked kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the two-story layout, with the ground floor featuring a cozy kitchen, dining area, and seating area, while the upper floor housed two comfortable beds with ample storage space. The location of the aparthotel was ideal for exploring Liverpool. We were within walking distance of major attractions like Liverpool One and Albert Dock, making it easy to navigate the city. For daily essentials, we found convenient grocery stores like Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local nearby. And for a taste of home, an Indian restaurant is conveniently located just across the street. Highly Recommended: I highly recommend the 27 Stanley Street Aparthotel by UStay to budget-conscious travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Liverpool. Its prime location, excellent amenities, and home-like atmosphere make it an ideal choice for both short and long-term stays. Overall: The 27 Stanley Street Aparthotel by UStay exceeded my expectations. Lovely apartment, clean, modern, great central location, just let down by the noise from outside and neighbouring apartments.

I booked this hotel and paid a £100 deposit on the 17th September, it should of been refunded within 3-5 working days, I'm still waiting for the refund, I have sent emails and tried calling but not received anything back.
