Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

we stayed at aparthotel Brentford recently for 5 nights, we are a family of 4 visiting London for the first time and this apartment worked well for our needs. pros - value for money, location, cleanliness,kitchen,customer service (especially Vara at the front desk), luggage storage highlights - 1) Vara at the front desk helped us with a lot of info as we were visiting London for the first time and was there for us whenever needed. 2) They took care of our luggage while we were gone for a 9 day europe tour, that worked out very well for us.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend of mine! It was a top-notch hotel in a great location! Adi helped us a lot with guiding us to London! Super friendly gentleman! Everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay for 5 days in Adagio London Brentford. They have a good service. The staff in the reception were amazing especially Elena. One point to mention, I would suggest to review the room cleaning service fee for visitors who are staying less than 7 days.

I booked this hotel for three nights to visit the National Archives at Kew. The hotel was situated next to a motorway, but there was never any noise. The traffic was convenient by bus or by cab. The room was spacious and fair, and perfect for longer stays. It was like an ordinary apartment but with hotel-grade facilities, which made it a great value-for-money. There is no day-to-day room service (which was good for me as I do not want to be disturbed). That said, the staff was friendly and helpful. & Special thanks to Manisha & Vanisha for smoothly handling my business.

Feels like a cross between a regular hotel and apartment living. There are some cool places within walking distance. As a tourist I'm enjoying my stay here.

After my error of booking the wrong nights and not checking in for the first night of the stay, Fernando and Elena at reception could not of been more helpful and accommodating. Crisis averted and a room found for me. Room was great. Spacious, with great amenities and an internal balcony space. I can highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing size apartment with lovely sized bath and useful kitchen area, we had a fantastic time there ... did not know I had to pay for parking when we arrived tho but i might have just missed it saying so on the website ... but still very happy with our stay

Manisha was wonderful. Greeted us and ensured we were able to get a room immediately as we had been travelling for 24 hr. Elena is resourceful and Satya holds down the fort at night. Lovely people.

We stayed here for one night while attending a concert at Gunnersbury Park, just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer! The apartment we were given was spacious, beautifully maintained, and featured a stunning terrace with a lovely view, perfect for unwinding after the event. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Manisha, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made us feel welcome and well cared for. Great value!

My go to aparthotel when staying in london the rooms are very spacious ,well equipped and cleanliness of the rooms is always to a high standard . The hotel staff Manisha 👍🏻, adi and vishal are always welcoming , friendly and always make my stay a positive experience . The location is perfect if want a stay away from the hussle and bussle of central london but a 15-20 minute train ride away from everything london has to offer !

Wonderful stay at Adagio London Brentford. The room was clean and I liked that it didn't have carpets in the room. Having a balcony that was completely enclosed was nice so that I was shielded from the wind and rain and be able to see outside. I could get fresh air by opening up a panel off to the side. The area can be windy so not being exposed to outside was a blessing. The only issue is trying to locate it at first. The hotel entrance is off to the side near the rear of the building. Just keep walking along the side of the hotel and you will find the Adagio sign. Access to transit required a 10 minute walk depending on where you want to go. The area is relatively quiet. I will definitely come back. Adi at reception was great.

From the moment I arrived, they were all incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. Chris leads with professionalism and warmth, creating an atmosphere that truly makes guests feel valued and at ease. Andrew, Crizela, and Elena were consistently helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Their genuine friendliness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. My stay at Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford fell significantly below what I would expect from a 4-star property. The issues were not isolated; they reflected a pattern of unclear policies and weak service delivery. Check-in: I arrived around 12:30 pm, aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. I had already requested early check-in via email, yet I was asked to pay an additional fee upon arrival. Shortly after (around 1:00 pm), the hotel conducted a fire alarm drill. This was poorly handled—guests were not informed in advance, nor advised to wait in the lobby until the drill was completed. Instead, we were allowed to go up to our rooms and then asked to evacuate. This sequence is illogical and reflects poor coordination. In-room amenities: I requested basic items such as a toothbrush and shaving kit. After a long delay, I was told these are not included and must be purchased. This is not aligned with expectations for this category. Delivery handling: I ordered water and a toothbrush from outside. The items arrived at reception, and I was told it would take 5 minutes to send them up. In reality, it took about 3 hours and required follow-up from my side. Housekeeping: On the second day, I left in the morning and returned in the evening to find the room not serviced. I was then informed that housekeeping is not included for stays under 8 nights, unless an extra fee is paid. This condition was not made sufficiently clear at booking. Room service I ordered dinner and was told I had to come down to collect it myself—no room delivery available. * Parking is charged separately. * Multiple basic services require additional fees. * Communication and operational coordination are inconsistent. Overall, the experience does not meet 4-star standards in terms of transparency, service inclusion, or operational quality. I would not recommend this property unless all limitations and extra charges are clearly understood in advance.
