Brown's Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Brown’s Hotel. The service was exceptional throughout, warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Paolo, John and Brian, who went above and beyond to look after us and made our stay feel particularly special. They are a real credit to the hotel. We look forward to returning!

Place to go in London for a pricey but worth it hamburger and the beds aren’t too bad either.

The hotel was quaint and very comfortable. The food was first rate in the bar had a great atmosphere and selection. The staff was very accommodating. Gili, Paulo and Joey made sure everything was perfect during our stay in London. Would recommend to anyone. Shopping and awesome restaurants were close by.

Luxury that makes you feel at home: an exceptional stay! Initially, we were a bit skeptical about staying at Brown's Hotel, fearing that in such a high-end luxury property we might feel out of place. We had to change our minds from the very first moment: this hotel has the extraordinary and rare ability to make you feel truly at home, breaking down any rigidity without ever losing a shred of professionalism. The entire staff was exceptional, but there are a few people who truly made a difference and to whom we want to dedicate a special thank you: Antonio in the dining room (maître/head waiter) for his incredible care and attention, the absolutely outstanding receptionist Mamadu for his professionalism and warmth, and a fantastic Italian girl on the staff whose name we unfortunately didn't get a chance to ask, but who was incredibly kind. The property is wonderful, intimate, and steeped in history. The rooms are fabulous, truly equipped with every comfort and curated down to the smallest detail. Special praise goes to the splendid marble bathroom, which was beautiful and featured a highly functional shower, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the city. We also tried the famous Afternoon Tea in the English Tea Room, a simply fantastic experience in a magical atmosphere. We left a piece of our hearts there. Brown's does not only offer splendid rooms and an unbeatable position in Mayfair, but it gives you a soul and an authentic hospitality that stays with you. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for authentic, discreet luxury full of charm in London. We will definitely be back!

Always a great stay in this strategic gem in Mayfair, the service is outstanding as of all RF establishments and the rooms are cozy, luxurious and taken care of to every small detail. I had a lovely dinner at Charlie’s restaurant and their breakfast is also incredible. Highly recommended

Unfortunately this review is for the spa. While the experience with the therapist was so kind and sweet, I was unfortunately left with a very patchy tan, and I am now at the beach with a bit of a situation. After the treatment, I noticed immediately that there was an issue with my feet, and I pointed it out to the therapist, who tried to resolve it. Unfortunately, what she did was not sufficient, and I am left with very patchy feet, and uneven tan, clear lines from where the protective cream was applied, where the tan did not stick, and very dark feet compared to the legs. I reached out to the hotel, sent them pictures, and have received no reply back. I would be really grateful if someone could reach out with a resolution. The service was so lovely from the therapist, and I would have wholeheartedly gone back if I had not had this poor experience, and very poor follow through from the team after pointing out that things had not gone smoothly.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience! From start to finish, the service was warm, attentive, and accommodating. Our server, Ranjata, was fantastic, followed by Alex and the manager, Rocco, who all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We had some allergy requirements with our son, and the entire team handled them with care, patience, and professionalism, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. The afternoon tea itself was lovely, but the exceptional service really made the experience memorable. Thank you to Ranjata, Alex, and Rocco for making our visit so enjoyable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would happily return!

We had a fantastic weekend stay here. The hotel was classic and beautiful and the service was impeccable. Givi was attentive and anticipated anything and everything we would need. Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in recent years. We will be back!
