No elevator, no AC, and a warm duvet, perfect when it’s around 35 degrees outside AND inside the room. The shower is in really bad shape, I do not understand the top rating, really… Staff is friendly and helpful, but it’s not enough for me.
I was shocked by the hotel, i would not even call this hotel. The rooms are so small it feels like you are in jail. I even had a shared bathroom. I had booked the hotel for 5 days but it was not possible to be there for even a day. I moved out after one night. The rooms were dirty. The rooms even ants on the table. The streets were loud even at night. I am attaching pictures here for you guys. I do not recomend this hotel to anyone!!do not take it!!
Terrible experience from start to finish. The location felt unsafe, the hotel was dirty, and it did not match the description or the standards it advertises. I did not feel safe staying there and was genuinely afraid to spend the night, so I decided to leave. I am requesting a full refund because the accommodation was not as advertised and did not provide a safe environment for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
