Had dinner with a group of friends Sunday the 9th of August. Great experience from the front desk to table service and the attentive staff and managers. We were served by a waitress which didn't got the name unfortunately and delivered an exceptional service. Came over to let us know that her shift was finished and her colleague Pedro took over from there. Very professional and friendly. Drinks and food were also very good. 10/10 to everyone working that day.
First visit to Fenix and we loved it. Our waiter Joe H was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful. Would definitely return. Fantastic service, Keep up the good work Joe H.
This made me and my partner very sick. After sharing the wagyu and salt baked whole fish we got home and was both really ill from this restaurant
Went to Manchester branch for my birthday and had the Athena package and it was amazing. Definitely coming back
Such a lovely night out and place to dine! Joe H was lovely. Thankyou so much ☺️
We had a very nice time and great, friendly service from all the waiters, especially Joe H!
Unbelievable food, restaurant and service. Joe H was such a great host, would absolutely recommend coming here and I’ll be back soon enough for the lamb shank!
