Had a brilliant cocktail masterclass with Ash! Incredibly knowledgeable, and great fun showing us how to pour, shake and drink some incredible cocktails. Highlight was the teapot full of Tweedledum (or was it Tweedledee?). Great fun!

I came to celebrate a birthday and used one of the rooms, ended up coming to the main bar. It was an amazing night the staff were lovely and friendly I will definitely be back.

Came down from Lancashire and it happened to be my birthday, wandered here late on Saturday night. What can I say, a wonderful experience. Staff were very friendly, drinks a good price. Being there was such good fun, a great laugh. I wasn't a Karaoke fan before but loved everything about being there from great sing alongs to braving the spotlights and delivering a few numbers. The Mad Hatters is a great find and I'll be back for another non-judgmental chance at singing the classics

I used to love the Kanpai Karaoke event, but can no longer enjoy it because there's no way to browse the list of songs, which is because there's no guest wifi and no signal (on EE) to connect to the karaoke app, and no screen provided for browsing. The Cloud wifi (from a neighbour?) used to work but didn't last night. Staff were kind and understanding but seemingly powerless to solve the problem. I do understand you have most songs and I do know the DJ can queue things, but that relies on knowing the song title, communicating it correctly in a loud environment, and remembering that a particular song exists in the first place. Some of the best times I've had at karaoke have been when I spotted a forgotten favourite in the catalogue. For me at least, the ability to browse the song library while inside the venue, whether on my screen or yours, is a basic requirement in order to enjoy a karaoke night, and something that other venues generally do manage to provide.

The room we had was amazing, our was called The Mad Hatelier, the decor was brilliant really set the Room apart any we have stayed in before, the furnishings spot on ,even had a small fridge in the which was a nice touch as it the only place we have stayed that has one . Staff are amazing & got our room ready ahead of time . Wife loved the waterfall shower , I loved the bed,mattress was so comfortable it's unreal , slept like a baby.

Celebrated Christmas with the Mad Hatters this year. What a fantastic experience. Private room with quick and easy service. A yummy display of food and thousands of songs to chose from. At the end of our booking we were invited to come downstairs and hang out in the bar to continue to sing the night away. A huge thanks to the team for making it the best night of the year ! Malachi, Sasha, Ash, Stephen, Dhanussh, Caitlin, & Rytis
