From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude. I went into the bathroom and it was filthy. There's no privacy. It's a real shame. I came here years ago and it was much better.

This dilapidated, run-down, nauseating place has unsanitary and foul-smelling bathrooms, broken armchairs, and no private spaces. The summer heat is unbearable because there's no air conditioning. It doesn't comply with any fire safety regulations. Smoking is allowed everywhere. It's incomprehensible that the municipal authorities haven't closed it down yet and allow it to remain open. The owners are completely irresponsible and haven't invested anything in the place for years.
